"Our family loved it! We could easily stroll out to the perfect beach or lay by the comfortable pool! We are planning our return now!"Guest: MontanaAnnie Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 7, 2014View listing
"Enjoyed our stay at the little yellow house in February. The location is perfect, away from the hustle of seven mile beach hotels but close enough to amenities such as groceries, restaurants and gas stations. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and just perfect. The pool was fantastic and we would sight see and hit beaches during the morning and go back to pool in late afternoon. The owner gave us great recommendations and the maps were really handy for figuring out where the closest grocery stores, beaches and other amenities were. Recommendations would be Lighthouse restaurant. (food is ok and a little pricey for what you get but you can’t beat the views!) Tukkas is also good and right up the street. They also have free wifi during happy hour. Rum point and a visit to seven mile is a must. We also enjoyed the botanical gardens which are about ten minutes away. We highly recommend this property!"Guest: Tricia F. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 7, 2014View listing
"Stayed here while attending event at Westin next door. The owner Linda stopped by a few times to check on us. Grocery store little further than I was comfortable to walk but cabs fairly easy find in front of condo. Bus stop out front is best way to go to Turtle Farm or Georgetown. Very comfortable condo, great beach, no competition for chairs though Spring Break. There are no snorkel prospects off beach here because of sandy bottom. Be aware that upstairs bedroom is a loft so if you have early risers in your party they can be heard upstairs! Super clean, well stocked and maintained property."Guest: fliestovacay Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: May 16, 2014View listing
"My spouse and I rented this one bedroom condo for a week. The paperwork with the owner went smoothly. The condo unit was fine and clean. The condos' location on Seven Mile Beach is between the Marriott Hotel and the Royal Palms bar so there is activity of people walking by and it is busier on SMB when cruisers head over to the Royal Palms for a few hours for sun and sand. The condo beach is cordoned off for residents and guests though which is nice. Sandy Beach and clear water right out front which is nice. (You can't say the same for every ocean front place on SMB). Walking distance to shops and food. The condo is approx. 1/3 of the way from the road so there is no road noise. It is also on the east side so there is no noise from the Royal Palms bar that other have complained about. You do have a water view from the living/back porch area. We cooked breakfast and made lunch each day. Plenty of dishes although a whisk and mixing bowl would have been helpful (We used the Pyrex baking dish and manual beater instead). The washer and dryer were a help even if just drying beach towels each day. Pack some detergent pods and dryer sheets. There was some kind of jet ski competition at the Royal Palms on a Saturday afternoon so there was a period of personal water craft buzzing by which was kind of annoying. Luckily it was only one afternoon. Much more low key than the Marriott Beach though. We brought a portable beach cabana with us since we are sun sensitive but we were appreciative of the 8 ft beach umbrella located in the condo unit. The beach ones were typically "claimed" by 8am each day so don't rely on getting one for shade. We didn't have to hurry then and we came an went as we pleased each day. We also brought a collapsible cooler in our luggage but it wasn't needed as the condo had a soft sided cooler under the sink. When the staff checks in with you the first day, make sure you look around before saying everything is fine. We were there when the office was closed for 3 days so we had to go out and buy toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent. etc. Not sure what supplies really come with the condo, if any. No problem with the WIFI, TV or assigned parking. We'd stay here again."Guest: Lulubelle Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 11, 2014View listing
