"Our family loved it! We could easily stroll out to the perfect beach or lay by the comfortable pool! We are planning our return now!"Guest: MontanaAnnie Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 7, 2014View listing
"Be prepared for the most incredible sunset that you will ever see! The condo was more than we expected in its size, location, quality, amenities and decor. It truly is equipped and decorated with high end, comfortable furnishings. This unit is uniquely located on the third floor on a corner which allowed for an extended patio and better view which we really enjoyed. You had a an excellent view of the town where you could watch cruise ships arriving and departing the harbor and you had a clear view of the vanishing pool, beach, ocean and the spectacular sunsets each evening. This condo is ideally situated on Seven Mile beach so taking a morning or evening walk seems like you have your own private beach. The water is fantastic and we snorkeled directly out from the condo and saw a turtle, a ray and all types of fish. We used the pool which is a beautiful design but we also love swimming in the sea... both were terrific. This was the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in and will hopefully return someday. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful which made our trip more enjoyable and easier to explore the island, even providing the rental car recommendation was a great help as these folks went out of their way to assist us as well. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the Beachcomber and would highly recommend this resort. The Beachcomber, in my opinion is the best place to be on Grand Cayman."Guest: Steve from Chattanooga Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 3, 2014View listing
"My wife and I stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days starting on 11/16/2013. Everything was as advertised. The house is immaculate and well equipped. Right at the ocean with a beautiful view! During our entire stay we saw almost no one...very secluded. You will need a car. Given the size of the island, shopping is conveniently accessed. The cross over road to the south side is about 0.2 miles from the house making it very convenient to get to the scuba diving locations on the west end. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We did not need the services of the care taker but he works close by and was available if needed. Getting fresh meat/fish will require getting linked in to the local network...the caretaker can help with the names. People on the island are friendly and very helpful. No crime. Peaceful. A great place to get away from it all and enjoy some great marine life! Highly recommended...we will return for sure!"Guest: John & Doris Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 8, 2013View listing
"We looked all over to try to find the perfect vacation spot on Grand Cayman and we were ecstatic about our choice to stay at Lynn's condo! We met another couple there and all four of us could not believe our good fortune in finding this paradise. From morning coffee under a palm tree on the beach, to snorkeling with the turtles, to wonderful dinners on the grill, to the comfortable beds when we couldn't hold our eyes open any longer....it could not have been more relaxing or more perfect. The lanai was our favorite evening place to hang out and many lasting memories were made just sitting and visiting, as we listened to the waves and felt the evening air without any concerns about bugs. We enjoyed a trip to see the sting rays (highly recommend!) and we took our first scuba lessons under the patient guidance of Happy Fish Divers (also highly recommend!). But the best place of all was the condo and the beach that is, as stated, literally just steps away. Clear, warm water - we snorkeled every day, and with the convenience of being so private and close we even snorkeled our last morning there before we caught the plane back home. Lynn and Pam are so helpful and full of information; the condo is not only furnished but has so many extra touches, we actually felt like we were staying at a friend's house rather than a rental - they really go out of their way to make sure your trip is special and carefree. We are already planning another trip to Grand Cayman and we wouldn't stay anywhere other than here!"Guest: Peaceful Place Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: July 16, 2014View listing
Cayman Islands Travel Tips
Cayman Island Rentals Are Bases to Discover Paradise
Discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503, the Cayman Islands were originally named Las Tortugas after the numerous sea turtles there. The Cayman Islands are now ideal locations for today’s explorers. Cayman Islands rentals give independent travelers bases from which to discover the myriad of attractions on the Cayman Islands. Cayman Islands villas allow you to discover exciting activities at lovely Caribbean resorts.
Cayman Island Villas for Relaxation and Education
Seven Mile Beach is one of the Caribbean’s premier beaches. Located on Grand Cayman, it is easily accessible from all Cayman Island villas. South of Seven Mile Beach is Georgetown, the capital of the Cayman Islands and home to several Caribbean resorts. Located here is the Cayman Islands National Museum. There are more than 2,000 items portraying the natural, social, and cultural history of the Caymans. Take time away from your comfortable Cayman Islands rentals to visit the Cayman Turtle Farm. This is a fascinating excursion where you can see the work being carried out to bring back the population of endangered green sea turtles.
Explore Sea Life at Caribbean Resorts
No excursion from Caribbean resorts is complete without visiting Stingray City. Conveniently located close to Cayman Islands rentals, this attraction is where a large number of stingrays gather. It is believed that the fish come to the area because local fisherman used to clean and gut their catches here. Now visitors wade onto the waist-deep sandbar to pet and feed these amazing creatures. This will be an unforgettable experience to remember when you look back on your time in Cayman Islands villas.
Caribbean Resorts for World-renowned Diving on your Doorstep
Cayman Islands rentals offer the more adventurous some of the best scuba diving sites of all the Caribbean resorts. World-renowned sites such as Bloody Bay and Jackson's Bight are located on the north side of Little Cayman. Famous for its sheer cliff drop offs, it is definitely for the experienced diver.
