"I cannot say enough positive adjectives to describe my Grand Cayman experience with this condo. First of all, renting from Nikki and Chris is extremely simple. I was hesitant because I have never rented property through this site. All transactions and communication was done simply, through email. When we arrived at the condo, I couldn't believe how amazing this place was. Not only the cleanliness and the physical aspects of this condo....But the location. We attended a wedding and we had many family members staying at the same complex, but our condo became the most used. It is a short walk to the pool and another short walk to the waterfront. If you book an excursion the boat will pick you up from the dock, which is within a short walking distance. The Kaibo Yacht Club is wonderful as well. This place has the Island feel that we, New Englanders dream about all winter long. The whole experience beginning with my first correspondence with Nikki, then ending with the sad moment that we had to return the key, was nothing less than fabulous. I would highly recommend rented this property from Nikki and Chris."Guest: Chris Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 20, 2014View listing
"I hate to say good things about our condo, don't want it to be booked next time we head to the islands. We loved the condo and the beach it was on. We will be back next year. By far the best place to be for sunsets. We loved it. The only negative- price of alcohol, bring a bottle or two with you and save a ton."Guest: Swan Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 27, 2014View listing
"We just returned from our family Spring Break (my husband and i with our 3 sons, 12, 11 and 6) and we had a great time! Sandra was extremely helpful in giving us all of the needed tourist information well in advance and the house was exactly as pictured on the site. We had plenty of room and then some. It could use a few touch ups here and there, but all normal "wear and tear" you would expect from a "beach rental". We had an issue the first full night with the a/c and the property manager came within 20 minutes of our phone call to fix the problem. Stingray City, Rum Point and "Starfish" Beach all must-do/sees!! Tukka was amazing for dinner and Captain Herman's was our favortie meal all week! We would defiinitely stay here again!"Guest: Megan Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 22, 2014View listing
"Sea Dreams Villa exceeded our expectations!! This Villa had everything to make us very comfortable for our 11day vacation. The location is excellent for snorkeling right in front of the house. The reef is amazing we snorkeled every morning and afternoon for several hours at a time. We saw a barracuda, several varieties of tangs a stingray, nurse shark, flying gurnard, parrot fish, and so many other fish. This was our first time on Cayman Bracl It was so convenient to get out of the water and be able to grab a drink or snacks right in our villa. The owners have created a beautiful beach area with romantic gazebo. They have also created a huge gorgeous garden in back of the house. It's all so beautiful. This is the place to stay on the Brac. We will be coming back again. We strongly encourage anyone coming to the Brac to stay at Sea Dreams Villa you will not be disappointed. Very clean and comfortable. Owners Lynne and George are wonderful people and very welcoming. We love them!!!"Guest: Jeannine S. Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: November 30, 2014View listing
