  • Nice, clean and great place to stay away from town hussle and bussle

"We had a wonderful trip - house on ground floor is a little small then it appears in photos but was very nice. We enjoyed our stay - We were a family group of 5 and spent a lot of time at the house grilling dinner and breakfast each day which if you have never been to the Cayman's you must know that food and restaurants are not cheap. So being able to cook at the house was somewhat of a help. We found a little restaurant down the road which was reasonable and everything was in American money - Eagle Rays great food great fun go on Saturday night and see Tito and he will let you in on all the local places to go. Tell him the "IT" guy sent you! Only down point of this property was the pools were very low all week and the whirlpool did not whirl and called both on island property manager who told me to email owner so I did and really got not response but other then that would highly recommend this unit if you want a get away from it all or you like to scuba lots of great places on this side of the island. Thank you for a great trip."

  • Paradise Pointe = The Perfect Home Base in Grand Cayman

"This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we are so happy we picked Paradise Pointe as our home base. It's away from the hustle and crowds of Seven Mile Beach but close to restaurants, attractions, beaches and other conveniences within reasonable walking distance. Be sure to visit Cemetery Beach...awesome snorkeling and no crowds. Mary and Phil were gracious hosts, helping us pick up groceries and beer, scheduling tours and taxi pickup, and loaning us some snorkel gear for the week. We stayed in Apt 2 and loved the views from the balcony. The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The seaside courtyard patio has amazing views as well and was the perfect place to plop down with a good book and a cold beer and simply relax for an afternoon. We never did snorkel in front of the property because the rocks were sharp and getting in and out of the water looked a bit tricky, but we did see several guests make it in/out just fine. We'd come back in a heartbeat...in fact, we want to invite our extended family next time! Thanks Mary and Phil for making our first trip to GC one to remember."

  • Awesome condo

"This place was so homey that we felt like we lived there within minutes of arriving. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in lanai with coffee in the AM or drinks as the day went on. View was amazing. Sun set directly in front of us. Great view of cruise ships coming in & out of Georgetown. Also spent a lot of time in the ocean....a few steps away or in the pool....also a few steps away. Great place for long beach walks. Had dinner outside a few evenings after grilling fish or burgers on the Weber grill. If not outside to eat, we were in lanai. Condo had everything you might need including games etc. Coconut Joe's is directly across the road if you want a quick meal closely. Breakfast was great there as well. Lots of other restaurants close by. Would happily spend another week in this little piece of paradise."

  • Excellent condo in great location

"We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 7 to 11 and we all had such a great time, we are looking forward to arranging another visit. We chose this complex and the specific condo after many hours of internet time researching everything available on Seven Mile Beach and this appeared to tick all the boxes - the research paid off because we were delighted with the whole experience. The reality was even better than the photographs and description on the websites. Highlights are - the proximity, constant views and sound of the Caribbean Sea, the proximity to the pool, the third bedroom (billed as a converted den) was as good as the other 2 bedrooms, making this a proper 3 bedroom condo, in our opinion, the facilities (e.g. several sturdy gas BBQs, kept clean for guest use, beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, even a selection of buckets and spades for the kids), the service (eg daily maid service, the friendly caretaker sweeps and cleans the beach and looks after the grounds to a very good standard), central location near to town and loads of other facilities and I could go on and on with positives. The owner and the property manager were both friendly and very efficient during the booking and the stay. The value for money was spot on, which we really appreciated. We also had other family staying in the complex, which added to the whole experience - a great place for an extended family holiday/reunion."

Cayman Islands Travel Tips

Cayman Island Rentals Are Bases to Discover Paradise

Discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503, the Cayman Islands were originally named Las Tortugas after the numerous sea turtles there. The Cayman Islands are now ideal locations for today’s explorers. Cayman Islands rentals give independent travelers bases from which to discover the myriad of attractions on the Cayman Islands. Cayman Islands villas allow you to discover exciting activities at lovely Caribbean resorts.

Cayman Island Villas for Relaxation and Education

Seven Mile Beach is one of the Caribbean’s premier beaches. Located on Grand Cayman, it is easily accessible from all Cayman Island villas. South of Seven Mile Beach is Georgetown, the capital of the Cayman Islands and home to several Caribbean resorts. Located here is the Cayman Islands National Museum. There are more than 2,000 items portraying the natural, social, and cultural history of the Caymans. Take time away from your comfortable Cayman Islands rentals to visit the Cayman Turtle Farm. This is a fascinating excursion where you can see the work being carried out to bring back the population of endangered green sea turtles.

Explore Sea Life at Caribbean Resorts

No excursion from Caribbean resorts is complete without visiting Stingray City. Conveniently located close to Cayman Islands rentals, this attraction is where a large number of stingrays gather. It is believed that the fish come to the area because local fisherman used to clean and gut their catches here. Now visitors wade onto the waist-deep sandbar to pet and feed these amazing creatures. This will be an unforgettable experience to remember when you look back on your time in Cayman Islands villas.

Caribbean Resorts for World-renowned Diving on your Doorstep

Cayman Islands rentals offer the more adventurous some of the best scuba diving sites of all the Caribbean resorts. World-renowned sites such as Bloody Bay and Jackson's Bight are located on the north side of Little Cayman. Famous for its sheer cliff drop offs, it is definitely for the experienced diver. The spectacular natural beauty, activities, water sports and interesting places to visit from Cayman Islands villas makes the area the perfect vacation destination.
