  • Great place to stay

"This is our second visit to Grand Cayman Island and our second visit to this condo. We were pleasantly surprised with some new appliances and great floaties. Blender work great for our afternoon ice lemonade. The manger was friendly like always and made sure we had everything we needed. Our visit was for 2 weeks and we had a wonderful stay. People at this condo complex were friendly and out going. Everything is close to this location, restaurant, shopping. The beach was the greatest! Thanks Kathy"

  • Vacation AWESOME!!!

"STUNNING beach front villa, all for us. Beach all to ourselves. Condos next door but never saw a soul. This house does indeed offer everything you could wish for, including Sasha. Henry was so helpful with all the tips for what to bring, cars rented ahead of visit, and checking to make sure we were pleased. Plenty of shade for these pale skinned people not to burn, from coconut trees to sun screens over pool. Landscaping was beautiful-like being on a tropical island! Grandkids kayaked, fished, swam, snorkeled, fell in pool and watched Elmo videos and World Cup games. Visited the light house on the "Brac" bluff where drop off to ocean is 140 feet. Very dramatic. Nature galore and such sweet people call this island home. If you are looking for a peaceful island without tourist traps, Cayman Brac is the place. Thanks Henry for sharing your abode."

  • A truly amazing vacation spot

"This property was exactly as described. A beautiful, well-furnished and equipped condominium that is only steps from a white-sand beach and turquoise-blue Caribbean sea. The condo is situated on a very quiet part of seven mile beach and away from main roads. It was very comfortable for 5 adults, but this unit could also work for families as well. If someone were travelling to the Cayman Islands, I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for your hospitality!"

  • Super Vacation

"Kai Kotch was everything we were hoping for in our Grand Cayman vacation. Our family of 4 (9 year old daughter and 6 year old son) loved the house and its location. Rum Point beach was about 75 yards from the house and the snorkeling was great. The kayaks that came with the unit practically paid for a free nights stay when compared against the available nightime kayak tours. Some recommended restaurants include Tukka towards the East End, Kurts Kitchen (non-traditional location on the way to Bowden Town but great local food) and Rackams in Georgetown. Tim, the owner of Kai Koch, was a pleasure to work with. Very easy and accomodating. We had a slight issue with the coffee maker and it was addressed promptly. The overall management of the unit was outstanding. We definately recommend Kai Kotch and look forward to coming back for snorkeling at Eden Rock and over the Wreck of the Cali."

Cayman Islands Travel Tips

Cayman Island Rentals Are Bases to Discover Paradise

Discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503, the Cayman Islands were originally named Las Tortugas after the numerous sea turtles there. The Cayman Islands are now ideal locations for today’s explorers. Cayman Islands rentals give independent travelers bases from which to discover the myriad of attractions on the Cayman Islands. Cayman Islands villas allow you to discover exciting activities at lovely Caribbean resorts.

Cayman Island Villas for Relaxation and Education

Seven Mile Beach is one of the Caribbean’s premier beaches. Located on Grand Cayman, it is easily accessible from all Cayman Island villas. South of Seven Mile Beach is Georgetown, the capital of the Cayman Islands and home to several Caribbean resorts. Located here is the Cayman Islands National Museum. There are more than 2,000 items portraying the natural, social, and cultural history of the Caymans. Take time away from your comfortable Cayman Islands rentals to visit the Cayman Turtle Farm. This is a fascinating excursion where you can see the work being carried out to bring back the population of endangered green sea turtles.

Explore Sea Life at Caribbean Resorts

No excursion from Caribbean resorts is complete without visiting Stingray City. Conveniently located close to Cayman Islands rentals, this attraction is where a large number of stingrays gather. It is believed that the fish come to the area because local fisherman used to clean and gut their catches here. Now visitors wade onto the waist-deep sandbar to pet and feed these amazing creatures. This will be an unforgettable experience to remember when you look back on your time in Cayman Islands villas.

Caribbean Resorts for World-renowned Diving on your Doorstep

Cayman Islands rentals offer the more adventurous some of the best scuba diving sites of all the Caribbean resorts. World-renowned sites such as Bloody Bay and Jackson's Bight are located on the north side of Little Cayman. Famous for its sheer cliff drop offs, it is definitely for the experienced diver. The spectacular natural beauty, activities, water sports and interesting places to visit from Cayman Islands villas makes the area the perfect vacation destination.
