  • We'll be back !

"I agree with the previous reviews so there's no need to repeat the obvious. The condo is well appointed. My husband and I enjoyed lounging around the beach. We snorkeled quite a bit right out front. The manager and owner were very easy to deal with. The office arranged an excursion for us. We didn't want to leave."

  • What a gem in Grand Cayman!

"My family was so lucky to have found such a lovely condo for our recent vacation. This area of Grand Cayman was quiet and relaxing. We rented a car which ended up being an adventure in itself as the cars there are right hand drive and driving on the left side. The condo was just great, one of the best we've ever had from VRBO, pictures don't do it justice! It was very well equipped, anything we could need. I especially appreciated all the things in the kitchen. The beach and pool area of condo were very well maintained and beautiful. The condo owner was great to work with and patient with my long list of questions before arriving. Highlights of our trip were 3 days of diving with Dive Tech just down the beach, bioluminescent night kayak with Cayman Kayak, & touring the island. Our best meal was at Calypso Grill. We also enjoyed sunset snorkel and dinner at Cracked Conch. All in all a relaxing, sunny week for our first trip to Grand Cayman."

  • Perfect in every way

"We stayed for 8 nights on our snorkeling vacation and would definitely recommend. The property exceeded our expectations. The bay is beautiful, fun to watch occasional boats come and go, and although it is a grassy and sandy bottom here the visibility was good enough to go for a quick dip here every morning and check in on our ‘locals’ which included starfish, spiny lobsters and a variety of fish. Check out the fish under the pier at The Pools next door. We snorkeled round to Starfish point and back. Our boys used the pool most days and it was always quiet. Stroll a few steps along the beach to the Yacht club for lunch, dinner or cocktails. The condo itself was excellently maintained and equipped, nicely decorated (ocean themed) and very comfortable. Our son slept on the aero bed the first night and would not give it up. It was superior to any sleeper sofa we have previously encountered. There is no dining table - just a breakfast bar - but we ate outside on the porch all the time. We loved the view from the living room and master bedroom/porch and we appreciated being on the quieter part of the island as opposed to 7-mile beach. It was sheltered compared to the north side, but there was still a constant pleasant warm breeze. The owners offered helpful suggestions on the best places nearby to go snorkeling. One of our favorites was the drift snorkel at Cayman Kai public beach, less than a 10 minute drive away."

  • Perfect Family Vacation!

"If you're looking for a Caribbean island vacation that's unspoiled by multiple high-rise hotels, crowded beaches, thousands of cruise ship tourists, crowded streets and shops, locals badgering you, then look no further than Cayman Brac, one of the two sister islands of Grand Cayman. It's ideal! Our three-generation family of 10, ranging in age from 8 to 73 had a terrific week at Garden Estates on the south shore of this 12-mile long by only 1.5 mile wide island. The Garden Estates owner, Shane, is a terrific host and will do everything to make your stay a perfect one at his exquisite two-acre complex overlooking the sea where privacy abounds. He has designed a beautiful, unique house that accommodated us all very comfortably. Everything you could possibly need is provided, including a fully stocked fridge that lasted for two days when we supplemented with our own groceries. One night Shane prepared a delicious Thai meal for us, which we all enjoyed with him on the huge deck overlooking the sea. Another night he had a local musician, Perry, come over and we all joined in singing and playing some of the percussion instruments to accompany his guitar and singing. On two occasions, a government nature guide, TJ, took us spelunking in two of the many caves that lay within the over 100-foot high, limestone Brac (bluff) that runs the length of the island. On the way he made numerous stops where we learned about the many plants used in cooking and medicinal purposes. Later in the week our daughter and four grandchildren, 8, 10, 17 and 19 went to four more caves where they literally had to crawl in and out of very tight spaces. Not for everyone, but they loved it! Several in our group also went fishing as arranged by Shane and caught trigger fish and snapper. Our oldest grandson prepared a delicious dinner for us that night. Snorkelling was excellent and though none of us dive or are certified, we'd like to experience this another time as Cayman Brac is known as one of the world's best dive spots. Garden Estates has a nice pool and huge surrounding patio with ample lounge chairs and hammocks. Hammocks also abound on the shaded patios adjoining the house. Nearby is an excellent, deep public beach with facilities and the day we went, we were the only ones there! A local restaurant/bar has karaoke and darts that grandkids and adults enjoyed one night. We also found the locals (2800) are extremely friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Garden Estates. Thanks Shane!"

Cayman Islands Travel Tips

Cayman Island Rentals Are Bases to Discover Paradise

Discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503, the Cayman Islands were originally named Las Tortugas after the numerous sea turtles there. The Cayman Islands are now ideal locations for today’s explorers. Cayman Islands rentals give independent travelers bases from which to discover the myriad of attractions on the Cayman Islands. Cayman Islands villas allow you to discover exciting activities at lovely Caribbean resorts.

Cayman Island Villas for Relaxation and Education

Seven Mile Beach is one of the Caribbean’s premier beaches. Located on Grand Cayman, it is easily accessible from all Cayman Island villas. South of Seven Mile Beach is Georgetown, the capital of the Cayman Islands and home to several Caribbean resorts. Located here is the Cayman Islands National Museum. There are more than 2,000 items portraying the natural, social, and cultural history of the Caymans. Take time away from your comfortable Cayman Islands rentals to visit the Cayman Turtle Farm. This is a fascinating excursion where you can see the work being carried out to bring back the population of endangered green sea turtles.

Explore Sea Life at Caribbean Resorts

No excursion from Caribbean resorts is complete without visiting Stingray City. Conveniently located close to Cayman Islands rentals, this attraction is where a large number of stingrays gather. It is believed that the fish come to the area because local fisherman used to clean and gut their catches here. Now visitors wade onto the waist-deep sandbar to pet and feed these amazing creatures. This will be an unforgettable experience to remember when you look back on your time in Cayman Islands villas.

Caribbean Resorts for World-renowned Diving on your Doorstep

Cayman Islands rentals offer the more adventurous some of the best scuba diving sites of all the Caribbean resorts. World-renowned sites such as Bloody Bay and Jackson's Bight are located on the north side of Little Cayman. Famous for its sheer cliff drop offs, it is definitely for the experienced diver. The spectacular natural beauty, activities, water sports and interesting places to visit from Cayman Islands villas makes the area the perfect vacation destination.
