"This group of houses is perfect for a group vacation. The houses are extremely well maintained and include all the needed furniture and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. There was not much of a beach and the ocean was full of rocks but the pool and the view helped that not be an issue. We completely enjoyed our time at Ocean Paradise and would rent there again if we return to the island. Having a car is a must."Guest: sheila c. "My husband and I have been coming to Grand Cayman for 3 years now. This time we took along our 9 year old grandson. I must say this place was more than I expected! Wonderful view, clean, plenty of towels and all the little things like floats and noodle, and plenty of toilet paper...LOL. The TV in the second bedroom would only get 4 channels and using the remotes was a little confusing. Nothing that kept us from enjoying place. Joyce let us know that there was a possible issue with the air conditioning but it worked fine. I hope to use this property next year! Thanks for allow people to stay in a nice place for a decent price!"Guest: Hilton Head Junkies Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 30, 2014View listing
"We had a wonderful family vacation on Rum Point! Dream Kai is well-maintained and fully equipped; perfect for our family of four. Loved having separate bedrooms and room to spread out. The screened-in porch was lovely too. The view of the cove is so peaceful and the pool is great. We loved hanging out at Rum Point and spent a lot of time snorkeling around the dock. Took a trip to Stingray City with Red Sail Sports. Also explored Seven Mile Beach and went parasailing, took a snorkel trip with Ocean Frontiers on the East End for awesome sea life, and visited Spotts Beach, where we saw sea turtles. Only downsides were driving on the left when the roads aren't well marked and the U.S./Cayman exchange rate. All in all, it was a fabulous trip! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!"Guest: Kristi E. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 11, 2014View listing
"I cannot say enough positive adjectives to describe my Grand Cayman experience with this condo. First of all, renting from Nikki and Chris is extremely simple. I was hesitant because I have never rented property through this site. All transactions and communication was done simply, through email. When we arrived at the condo, I couldn't believe how amazing this place was. Not only the cleanliness and the physical aspects of this condo....But the location. We attended a wedding and we had many family members staying at the same complex, but our condo became the most used. It is a short walk to the pool and another short walk to the waterfront. If you book an excursion the boat will pick you up from the dock, which is within a short walking distance. The Kaibo Yacht Club is wonderful as well. This place has the Island feel that we, New Englanders dream about all winter long. The whole experience beginning with my first correspondence with Nikki, then ending with the sad moment that we had to return the key, was nothing less than fabulous. I would highly recommend rented this property from Nikki and Chris."Guest: Chris Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 20, 2014View listing
