  • Our 5th Visit, like a second home!

"Cayman is a favorite destination, tropical, and thoroughly safe. Our accommodations each visit have been Simply Cayman. The location is amazing, the view beautiful. Great coral formations just offshore, and a wreck to explore within swimming distance. It is truly a comfortable "home away from home, and we can't wait until we can return again. Found a new restaurant this visit, and we recommend Tukka, especially at sunset during the Frigate bird feeding. We also enjoy Rackams. The food is fine, and there is always a view. Watched a night dive at the wreck off the restaurant. Eerie, but interesting!"

  • Yellow House is Fabulous!

"Enjoyed our stay at the little yellow house in February. The location is perfect, away from the hustle of seven mile beach hotels but close enough to amenities such as groceries, restaurants and gas stations. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and just perfect. The pool was fantastic and we would sight see and hit beaches during the morning and go back to pool in late afternoon. The owner gave us great recommendations and the maps were really handy for figuring out where the closest grocery stores, beaches and other amenities were. Recommendations would be Lighthouse restaurant. (food is ok and a little pricey for what you get but you can’t beat the views!) Tukkas is also good and right up the street. They also have free wifi during happy hour. Rum point and a visit to seven mile is a must. We also enjoyed the botanical gardens which are about ten minutes away. We highly recommend this property!"

  • Beyond Expectations

"We looked all over to try to find the perfect vacation spot on Grand Cayman and we were ecstatic about our choice to stay at Lynn's condo! We met another couple there and all four of us could not believe our good fortune in finding this paradise. From morning coffee under a palm tree on the beach, to snorkeling with the turtles, to wonderful dinners on the grill, to the comfortable beds when we couldn't hold our eyes open any longer....it could not have been more relaxing or more perfect. The lanai was our favorite evening place to hang out and many lasting memories were made just sitting and visiting, as we listened to the waves and felt the evening air without any concerns about bugs. We enjoyed a trip to see the sting rays (highly recommend!) and we took our first scuba lessons under the patient guidance of Happy Fish Divers (also highly recommend!). But the best place of all was the condo and the beach that is, as stated, literally just steps away. Clear, warm water - we snorkeled every day, and with the convenience of being so private and close we even snorkeled our last morning there before we caught the plane back home. Lynn and Pam are so helpful and full of information; the condo is not only furnished but has so many extra touches, we actually felt like we were staying at a friend's house rather than a rental - they really go out of their way to make sure your trip is special and carefree. We are already planning another trip to Grand Cayman and we wouldn't stay anywhere other than here!"

  • Great Vacation

"We stayed at this condo in February 2014. The condo was perfect for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer was a nice bonus. The views from the patio truly can't be beat anywhere. We spent nearly every evening enjoying the sunset from this ideal spot. The pool was quiet and felt as though we were the only ones using it most days. Like most of the other reviews stated, the shore line is very rocky where it meets the water. There is some sand between the rocks and condo property, but it is coarse. The sandy white beaches are a short walk to the north so remember your water shoes. The snorkeling was amazing as a shipwreck is so close. The condo is in walking distance to some nice restaurants and the grocery. Howard was great to work with throughout the entire process, from reserving the condo to checking on us after our arrival. Thanks for the condo rental! Looking forward to returning soon!"

Cayman Islands Travel Tips

Cayman Island Rentals Are Bases to Discover Paradise

Discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503, the Cayman Islands were originally named Las Tortugas after the numerous sea turtles there. The Cayman Islands are now ideal locations for today’s explorers. Cayman Islands rentals give independent travelers bases from which to discover the myriad of attractions on the Cayman Islands. Cayman Islands villas allow you to discover exciting activities at lovely Caribbean resorts.

Cayman Island Villas for Relaxation and Education

Seven Mile Beach is one of the Caribbean’s premier beaches. Located on Grand Cayman, it is easily accessible from all Cayman Island villas. South of Seven Mile Beach is Georgetown, the capital of the Cayman Islands and home to several Caribbean resorts. Located here is the Cayman Islands National Museum. There are more than 2,000 items portraying the natural, social, and cultural history of the Caymans. Take time away from your comfortable Cayman Islands rentals to visit the Cayman Turtle Farm. This is a fascinating excursion where you can see the work being carried out to bring back the population of endangered green sea turtles.

Explore Sea Life at Caribbean Resorts

No excursion from Caribbean resorts is complete without visiting Stingray City. Conveniently located close to Cayman Islands rentals, this attraction is where a large number of stingrays gather. It is believed that the fish come to the area because local fisherman used to clean and gut their catches here. Now visitors wade onto the waist-deep sandbar to pet and feed these amazing creatures. This will be an unforgettable experience to remember when you look back on your time in Cayman Islands villas.

Caribbean Resorts for World-renowned Diving on your Doorstep

Cayman Islands rentals offer the more adventurous some of the best scuba diving sites of all the Caribbean resorts. World-renowned sites such as Bloody Bay and Jackson's Bight are located on the north side of Little Cayman. Famous for its sheer cliff drop offs, it is definitely for the experienced diver. The spectacular natural beauty, activities, water sports and interesting places to visit from Cayman Islands villas makes the area the perfect vacation destination.
