"To the person that wrote all lies. You must be blind. This was the best vacation, my family has ever had. Everything worked and was just Beautiful! My family and I plan to make this our annual trip to relax and enjoy the island. The villa was peaceful and serene. Very elegant, for a Island Villa! We loved it all. Thank you, so much Land and Jennifer. We look forward to many more years at the Villa. I highly recommend this rental!"Guest: Diane Evans Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: December 12, 2014View listing
"Thumbs up 7UP! We just got back from a WONDERFUL first vacation to Grand Cayman. We were so happy we found this place. Well stocked, nicely decorated, very comfortable condo. Looks better in person than in the pictures! Our 9 year old daughter loved that it was stocked with floaties, buckets, shovels, nets, snorkels, etc. We didn't have to worry about spending money on these things at a nearby store and then have to leave them behind. The location away from the cruise ship hustle and bustle was exactly what we were looking for to relax. We loved taking out the kayak for a nice paddle from the Yacht club around Starfish Point and all the way to Rum Point and back. Arms were tired, but it was a great way to see the area from the water. R Point and Starfish point were so close we went everyday. At RP we swam, snorkeled, did the wave runner safari, catamaran tour to StingRay Sandbar, and so much more. R.P was never that crowded, drinks were cold, and we enjoyed many orders of conch fritters. Back at Kaibo we took advantage of the pool and hot tub in the evening. There were plenty of other kids around to play with our daughter and we felt at ease letting her run around with a flashlight at night looking for "stuff" in the water with new friends while we relaxed at the Kaibo Beach Bar which is literally, steps away. We took in the pizza night and the music and dancing at the Tuesday beach BBQ. Fun! We ate in the condo all but two evenings. 7UP provides everything we need to make just about anything you want in the kitchen. We loved sitting on the screened in balcony to enjoy our meals by candlelight or just hang out and drink coffee in the morning. We highly recommend the restaurant Upstairs at the Yacht Club. The tasting menu was delicious, décor perfect, and the service was outstanding. They even gave us complimentary champagne and dessert because we were celebrating our anniversary. Our 9 year old was even very impressed with her food. Speaking of children...there was plenty of privacy with the two bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo from each other. They are separated by the 2nd bathroom and a utility closet. The balcony also has 2 doors which enter the living room but also a private sliding door to the master bedroom. We could put her to bed and hangout on the balcony and access master bedroom and not disturb her coming in and out. Loved it! Locals are very friendly. We'll be back! Great stay Lynn!"Guest: Julie V. "We've had such an amazing time here in this house for almost 2 weeks celebrating or friends getting married on the beach right down from the house. The ceremony was wonderful and very beautiful. We've also enjoyed long lazy days in the pool and on the beach, and long nights barbecuing on the porch. The house and it's location was the absolutely perfect combination of privacy and luxury and the many large areas on the porch, by the pool or in the house was perfect for us considering we where a few people here together. The house has about everything you need but if you want to get around on the island I strongly recommend renting a car. It's been a real pleasure staying at Tropical Run-A-Way and I would definitely recommend it."Guest: JD Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 18, 2014View listing
"In the past we have stayed in Villas of the Galleon, but we decided to give another location a try and I must say we were very happy we did. Condo was very nice, closer to town, quieter beachfront. Paperwork was done extremely easy; arrived and went grocery shopping. There were some incidentals that had been left by previous renter, i.e., salt/pepper, oil, coffee. It was great to be able to prepare meals and then go out other nights. Condo was very clean and organized. There were beach floats and an umbrella for our use. Sandi and Charlene were great. I would definitely rent this condo again."Guest: Kyle Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 10, 2014View listing
