"We stayed three weeks at the 5* apt. To say it was superb does not do it justice. As it has been mentioned before, there are wonderful restaurants all in walking distance. If you want to cook at home, all the utensils & pots, pans, plates, etc. are provided & are in very fine condition. The pool is just great. Walking into town is 10 mins. & there are a multitude of fun things to do. Cindy & David are excellent hosts & very willing to cater to your needs.I really can't say enough about them..they are the best. The accomodations are really excellent-do yourself a favor & stay here..it's great."

  • Top Notch Accommodations!

"This condo exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean, well-appointed and picturesque which made for a wonderful vacation. For our family of three it was more than enough space for everyone. As the other reviewers have stated, the condo is stocked with everything you need. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning with my coffee to view and listen to the teal waters. The beach is secluded, serene and well maintained as I saw the groundskeeper rake the sand every morning. We rented a car and got to see more of the "authentic" Puerto Rico. We did an Old San Juan Bay boat tour, Horseback riding on the beach at Rancho Bueno Vista located at the Palmas del Mar Resort in Humacao and visited the La Coca Falls waterfall at the El Yunque National Forest. We had dinner at Don Pepe's located in Rio Grande and it was delightful. We also had dinner TWICE at La Parrilla located at Luquillo Beach Kiosk 2 because the grilled langosta lobster was just that good! We had breakfast at the Coco Sweet Bakery and Lluvia Deli Bar & Artefacto both located in Rio Grande and both were excellent. One tip --GPS is not always spot on in Puerto Rico. It will get you in the general vicinity so keep a look out as you approach your destination. Overall we loved our time in Puerto Rico. Edgardo the condo owner was responsive, accommodating and always available to us which made for a worry free relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay at his condo again and again and again without hesitation."

"Had a great visit at The Pines over New Year's. This is a great property...far enough away for privacy and peace and close enough for adventure and fun. Make sure to go to Williamstown and visit Chef Anne's for Bahamian cuisine...we ate there almost every day! Thanks for having such a great property!"

Activities and Attractions at Curacao Villas

Curacao is one of the Caribbean’s top underwater and diving destinations. The pristine coral reefs will delight even the most experienced of divers. A highlight of Curacao diving is a site known as the mushroom forest. Here, you can experience a magical underwater forest of giant mushroom-shaped star coral. Some are as large as 10 feet. The diving conditions are ideal and typically, you can enjoy crystal-clear visibility, warm water temperatures, and calm swell conditions. Snorkelers can enjoy the underwater wonders on the shallower reefs. For those who simply want to relax and enjoy the sunshine, there are miles of beautiful sandy white beaches and persistent good weather.

On land, the islands have some unique attractions. The Hato Caves are an intricate network of limestone stalactites and stalagmites. There are also a number of cave drawings which are believed to dates back 1,500 years. For those who enjoy exploring nature trails, the Christoffel National Park has miles of scenic trails for visitors to enjoy. You can photograph wildlife or visit the beautiful cultivated gardens. Willemstad is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The beautiful pastel-colored buildings are unique in that it is the only place outside of the Netherlands where such fine examples of Dutch colonial architecture can be found. Willemstad is a shopper’s delight with boutiques and galleries offering a wide assortment of high-end purchases. It is also an excellent place to enjoy an evening out as there are many fine restaurants in the town.

Best Time of Year to Visit Caribbean Vacation Rentals in Curacao

Curacao enjoys a year-round warm tropical climate. Heavy rain falls tend to occur in May and again in October and November; these are generally the off-season months for travelers. The summer months can get very hot which is ideal if you enjoy water sports but perhaps too warm to laze on the beach. The peak travel season is during the moderately cooler months which are from December through April.
