  • The Best on the Best Beach

"My husband and I have been coming to STT and renting at Crystal Cove for over 10 years. I'm not sure how we missed renting this condo before this year! Brent and Claudia's condo is definitely one of the best! This condo was beautifully furnished and equipped. It was clean and had all the amenities of home. I especially appreciated the W/D. The safe was a definite plus, although we have never had any problems at CC. Plenty of plush towels and more than enough beach towels. There were spices, foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen; all very nice to have on hand. This is the first time we had beach chairs available. We took them to STJ for a day of snorkeling. We even managed to get the TV to work! Wi-fi was a huge plus!! Brent was more than helpful. He answered all our questions and responded promptly. The condo information spreadsheet has everything you need to know about the condo, shopping and where to go and what to do on STT. We stopped at Moe's market in Red Hook; it's a winner. They had very nice fruit and vegetables. It was much better than Plaza Extra. About every 5 minutes one of us would say, "This is so beautiful". And it is! Why go anywhere else? A 5 STAR week! Thanks, Brent and Claudia! We hope to return."

  • Best Family Vacation We've Ever Had!

"My wife and I usually take our three children to Destin, FL for a family summer vacation. We've done this for a while and wanted to try something a bit more exotic and found Mill Ridge in St. John. Now I was a bit hesitant to go to VI off-season and during the middle of the summer but we took a chance and landed in St. Thomas on July 5th. The owners Jason and Hilarie were fantastic, they helped us with all the logistics (ground/sea transportation, extra gear for kids, planning..etc). Everything went off without a hitch, took the ferry from Red Hook, rented a small SUV in town and headed off across the island. The property, Mill Ridge, is on the eastern side of the island overlooking Coral Bay and far removed from Cruz Bay. At first I admit it I looked upon this as an inconvenience being on other side of the island away from all the “action” but my family and I quickly realized this was a blessing in disguise. By day two we had COMPLETELY unplugged and really enjoying our slow and wonderfully relaxing pace. The island was surprisingly easy to get around on with our rental car. Each day we’d wake up, pick one of the island’s world famous beaches, load of the car and head out for the day. It was so easy to find our own private little section of paradise and we had a great time, lounging, snorkeling and other activities. The owners also gave us some great recommendations of day trips we could try and they were fantastic. We went out on a boat one day, took a day trip to the British VI’s and spent a day swimming with wild sea turtles. It was really great to see my children have the time of their lives exploring the island and waters and seeing wildlife and landscapes they’ve never experienced before. I've never seen my kids so uninterested in TV or their Ipads before. We spent the whole week together and really connected in this special place. There is a great little private pool on the property and deck overlooking Coral Bay where we spent most of our time when not out beaching or exploring. With small children I felt very safe having a pool right there as the patio is enclosed and has solid locking mechanisms on the two gates. If you are looking for a great, relaxing, unplugged vacation with your family, Mill Ridge is the place. It was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. If you get the chance to stay at Mill Ridge, I highly recommend it and hope to bring my family back sometime in the near future."

  • Honeymoon

"My husband and I stayed here for one week. When we arrived it was raining and you could still see the beauty radiating! The water is so clean its like a sheet of glass. The house is well cared for and highly recommended. Waking up with the sun was amazing. We took the kayak out and enjoyed some relaxing! It was the perfect place to spend our last week in Belize. All the restaurants may be a bit more expensive on the north side but the service is wonderful. Everyone is so nice!! Honestly the nicest people I've met. Our favorite restaurant was Jamal Jerk!! If you plan on going back and forth to San Pedro via water taxi we recommend paying for a week."

  • Great condo!

"This condo has a perfect location and is nicely furnished. It is within easy walking distance to several restaurants, a dive shop, the beach and pool. It is a short drive to the grocery store and Red Hook. We enjoyed eating on the balcony and also watching turtles and a spotted eagle ray from the balcony. It's very nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo and also to have WIFI. We have stayed in this condo several times and each time it is great to be back."

Activities and Attractions at Curacao Villas

Curacao is one of the Caribbean’s top underwater and diving destinations. The pristine coral reefs will delight even the most experienced of divers. A highlight of Curacao diving is a site known as the mushroom forest. Here, you can experience a magical underwater forest of giant mushroom-shaped star coral. Some are as large as 10 feet. The diving conditions are ideal and typically, you can enjoy crystal-clear visibility, warm water temperatures, and calm swell conditions. Snorkelers can enjoy the underwater wonders on the shallower reefs. For those who simply want to relax and enjoy the sunshine, there are miles of beautiful sandy white beaches and persistent good weather.

On land, the islands have some unique attractions. The Hato Caves are an intricate network of limestone stalactites and stalagmites. There are also a number of cave drawings which are believed to dates back 1,500 years. For those who enjoy exploring nature trails, the Christoffel National Park has miles of scenic trails for visitors to enjoy. You can photograph wildlife or visit the beautiful cultivated gardens.
