  • THE PERFECT FIND

"I am not going to repeat the other detailed reviews that rave about this wonderful Villa... It's all true... Let me just state that Sally does EVERRYTHING to make sure that you enjoy your stay.. The communication was superb and, frankly, I abused her email hospitality by asking all sorts of general questions not related to the Villa. Because of Sally and her candid information, we were able to purchase a Villa on Ambergris Caye .. Sally; heartfelt thanks for being a mentor when we needed one. Again, I don't need to repeat all of the glowing praise for this Villa.... It's all true.. We "couldn't" have purchased another Villa so quickly without Sally's help. We were there in February 2015"

  • Amazing view + Amazing customer service!

"A family of six stayed here. This included 4 adults 1 (4 yr. old) & 1 (9yr. old). The rooms were very accommodating. There were plenty of shower towels and plenty of beach towels. The house was very clean when we arrived. I would recommend keeping the fans going while here to keep the air moving inside the house. There is a nice cross breeze. The cooler here was broken and so was bottle opener. My husband asked the maintenance man about getting another one and within 15 min. he was back with a new cooler and bottle opener. The pool was cleaned 2-3 times while we were here. This time of the year the AC at night wasn't needed. I think we turned it on twice and that was it. There is also a few sets of snorkeling equipment. The beach is private. Which was a plus. The kayaks were a big hit with everyone. The alarm system worked very easily. The master bedroom sensor for the alarm went bad. When I called about it within an hour someone was out here to fix it. My husband and I kayaked over to Taylor Bay which was crystal clear water. The whole family kayaked over to the shipwreck. There wasn't much sea life here, but we did see a few star fish, sea cucumbers, one sea turtle, and colorful fish by the rocks. The washer and dryer here were very clean. The grill worked fine for us. Having the outdoor bathroom was a big plus with 2 young boys. Since it gets dark around 5-6 o'clock there are some games here to play. Bring your camera because the sunsets are awesome. We went to Las Brisas restaurant multiple times and by the end of the trip the workers knew our names by heart. You have to try their milkshakes. While at Las Brisas we booked a trip on their pontoon boat which was a big hit with the kids. We were able to snorkel, see the island a bit more, and the highlight was seeing the plane wreck that happened in the 70's. Around the plan wreck were tons of fish and coral to see. I would go to IGA for groceries. Some of us played Golf and basically had the whole course to ourselves. It was beautiful! We traveled up to Malcome Beach, which is amazing! If you love to snorkel you have to take a trip up to Malcome Beach. From the house it was about a 25 min. drive, but it is so worth it. It is secluded, but an amazing place to hang out for a bit. Alooki's restaurant off of Blue Hills was a great place to eat. There isn't anything negative to say about this place. We loved it and will def. be booking our trip back here next year."

  • Love This Place!!

"Our stay in St. Thomas was wonderful. We stayed at a condo in the Sapphire Beach Resort we rented from Paradise at the Beach. The location was perfect. The condo was on the 2nd floor, which I thought might be an inconvenience, but it was actually better than the 1st floor. With the higher elevation we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and the bay every morning when we woke up. The condo was clean and quiet. There were plenty of towels and dishes for our needs. The owners also provide snorkel gear, which looked to be brand new. And speaking of the owners, I have to say how wonderful Jeff was in assisting us during our stay. My husband had to have emergency surgery a few weeks before our trip and I forgot to make car reservations. By the time I tried to make reservations, all the car companies were completely booked. I called Jeff and he was able to quickly get us a reservation. Jeff also was quick to respond when we needed assistance finding things around the condo. He also was able to help us with the rental car after our departure. I can't say enough about how attentive and helpful he was for us. Our visit to St. Thomas was our first. We took a trip to St. John's for a tour of the island. I would recommend taking the ferry over and asking one of the taxi drivers for a tour. The cost was $25 pp, but was very well worth it. The gentleman that gave us the tour had lived on the island since 1956 and helped build the infrastructures there. We also took an all day sail with Alaunt Charters. That was wonderful. Ron and Carol, the owners, gave us a private tour around the islands and took us out for our first snorkel trip. I highly recommend them. We loved our trip to St. Thomas and can't wait to come back. We would definitely stay at Sapphire Beach again."

"The reviews already submitted describe what a wonderful villa this is. We would like to add our voice to the chorus. Some particulars: the living space is well appointed, perfectly laid out and spacious. The bedding and mattress are of excellent quality and from the bed an incredible view of the Caribbean lies before you. The outdoor porch has a panoramic view and comfortable chairs and a table. The villa sits on a hill and is the recipient of a nearly constant delightful breeze. Although AC is provided, we did not use it once, as the circulation inside was perfect. Moreover the Penthouse is very private with a separate gated entrance. We did not hear any noise from the unit downstairs. The grounds are well taken care of and beautiful, thanks to the agronomist, Junior, who designed and laid out the plantings. In short, our stay here was perfection and dealing with Mary Ann, the owner, was seamless. She is a delight."
