  • Spectacular Vacation

"We just returned from our spectacular family vacation at Villa Suzanne! John and Susan were wonderful to work with and so accommodating with arrangements. We love their restaurant recommendations and places to visit. Thank you for sending such a informative welcome letter! The pictures of the villa do not due justice to how lovely the home is and breathtaking the views are! The welcome basket was such a nice touch and has everything you need to make your stay perfect! The house is well stocked with all the amenities! The beds are so comfy and the linens were luxurious! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return!!!"

  • Wonderful condo in a great location

"We had a perfect stay on Grand Cayman (it was our 3rd time to the island). The condo is beautifully furnished with all the amenities. You have a view of the ocean from the patio and the beach is just a few steps away. Our kids loved the pool which is also just a few feet away. The owner was very helpful and responded to all of our email questions. The condo is situated on a very quiet part of the beach. The snorkeling is wonderful right off the beach and what's more there's the shipwreck to explore while snorkeling (a first for me). The grocery store is within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Overall, a perfect stay."

  • An Excellent Choice

"This is an EXCELLENT choice for a visitor to Puerto Rico who wants to stay close enough to things but a little bit away (a mile or two) from some of the busier areas. I've been to San Juan about 11 times in the last two years and stayed in both Condado and Isla Verde....well, Ocean Park is in the middle and I really liked it here: quiet, a minute from the beach, and a few restaurants and grocery stores within about 1000 yards. Just what I needed and since I rent a car I could go anywhere, but found the nice solitude of this area simply amazing. I made a decision not to stay in a hotel and contacted a handful of rentals through this site. Stanley was the only owner to contact me within an hour (the rest took about 24 hours) and although I can't guarantee he is always able to do this, it clearly stood out as a good sign. We arrived about 8:30pm and Stanley was there to greet us. I can't say enough about how responsive he is and genuinely wants the visitor to have a great experience. I will stay again at one of his properties. About this apartment: It was clean and stocked with everything needed for a week's stay. What you see in the pictures is what we found, although there is a flat screen television mounted on the wall in the living room that I don't see in one of the pictures.) Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and misc other items (cooking oil, coffee, spices, and just extras that were helpful.) And there are a couple of amazing outdoor patios that were beautiful. The first is just outside the living room and so comfortable that one evening I did work on my laptop out there. The second is the rooftop that is (if I recall) tiled and gives you a good view of the ocean. Both were incredibly relaxing. I needed to use wi-fi one evening and Stanley gave me the password. It worked just fine (I see another renter had problems but I was there a couple weeks earlier and had no issues.) Parking was easily available and air conditioning in the rooms were excellent. Open a few windows in the kitchen and living room--the ocean breeze was wonderful and it was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this property, as well as the kind of communication and customer service that Stanley provides. It was a great experience. I liked it so much that I'm available if anyone has questions at ddg1111@outlook.com. I'm from Texas."

  • Childsplay fishing

"We stayed at Ed and Lisa's condo after finally getting to go across we had a great time. The unit was very clean and well equipped local people were help full in getting us around town when needed. Boat slip was accommodating for our 31 foot boat and access was easy. I would recommend anyone heading over to stay. Thank you Ed and Lisa for being so patient with us getting over and allowing us to keep our reservations. Thank you once again Shawn Biederman"
