  • Beautiful Beachfront!

"Our extended family of 10 enjoyed a week in this fabulous beachfront property! The house is gorgeous and directly on the beach. It is in a gated community with 24 hour security. The manager, Mark, was very helpful in answering questions and making our arrival seamless. On windy days, the beach is loaded with kiters and windsurfers from about 11am on...not good for swimming. However, morning boogie boarding was great and on low wind days the swimming was perfect! The beach is clean fine sand where you can walk out quite a ways before it gets too deep. We hired a cook for the week, Illuminada. She was wonderful and arranged though Mark. She prepared some delicious local dishes that we enjoyed tremendously. Ana cleans the house daily which was great considering all the sand we trekked in. Manuel did a great job cleaning the pool and the grounds. The house itself was in great condition. There are four bedrooms (two bedrooms with queens, one bedroom with 2 queens and one bedroom with 4 bunks). It was clean and well cared for. The only trouble we had was with the dishwasher and one of the air conditioning units...which were a plus for sleeping! The pool was perfect for the kids...age 12 and under. It is an easy walk to downtown Cabarete...a great spot for lunch or dinner. We kited, windsurfed, paddle boarded, zip lined, visited the monkeys, visited the local school with donations, jumped off waterfalls, went fishing, body surfed, built sandcastles, swam and walked for miles! It's a wonderful vacation destination!!!"

  • Great Stay at Tennis Villa #4

"Family of four had a great summer visit to Tennis Villa #4 at CdC. The villa has the country home/DR vibe we were looking for. It is centrally located within CdC for easy access to all the sites and amenities. 13 tennis courts and tennis clubhouse are within 2 minute walk from villa. The villa has a small plunge-pool which was great for cooling off. The beach and hotel pools were an easy golf-cart ride from the villa as well as Altos-de-Chavon. The owner of the villa is great to work with and was kind enough to talk to me before going (for our first visit to DR) and answered all my questions. Maria will cook for you, clean the villa daily and do your laundry! What more can you ask for from a vacation at CdC. We took our boys to the Shooting Club which may be the nicest facility of its kind. Ask for Eugene...he is a great guy and true pro...the boys had a blast! Thanks Paul for a great stay at your villa!"

  • Cabarete March 2014

"This was our second trip to Cabarete the first being in December 2013 where we rented a very nice villa a little further down the beach. As it turns out the very nice villa down the beach is not in the same league as Casa Bonita and I would argue not even the same sport. This villa is fantastic every little detail has been thought of (at least everything we could think of) The owner is very responsive to any enquiry and Marie the maid is great. Thanks for a great week out of the snow Joe, we will be back."
