The Puerto Plata Gregorio Luperon Airport hosts several major North American airlines. There are frequently scheduled flights from Atlanta, New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, Houston and several other major airport hubs. Travelers from Europe can route via one of these destinations or one of the other seven international airports in the Dominican Republic. There are some European airlines that have weekly flights directly to Puerto Plata.
