  • Beautiful property.

"This condo is fantastic. The pictures online are a very accurate portrayal of the unit. In fact, they don't really do it justice with how gloriously close it is to the pool and beach. While the complex is on the quiet side, our young adult sons still found places to have some fun. It was great having Ana come in daily to tidy up...that made it a true vacation. The manager helped arrange transportation to and from airport, and was on hand to answer any questions. Great experience...we'd definitely go back."

  • I know it sounds too good to be true but its NOT!

"We got back on Sunday for the best week ever in Puerto Plata. This was our 7th time at Lifestyle but the first time in the villas. Our villa was lovely. It was not brand new but very clean and neat and so cute. Upgrading to a gold band is definitely the way to go. I can't tell you how impressed we all were with the restaurants and especially the beaches. Serenity beach was our favorite and the crepes were so delicious we could not get enough. The service we received from all the staff was beyond compare at the beaches, restaurants, bars and in the villa. We enjoyed swimming before breakfast while smelling the delicious food cooking and the golf cart that we were supplied made it possible to explore more of the resort and adjoining Cofresi Palms resort. The Sunday party was cancelled due to rain but we did get to go to Ocean World for the first time. It was really nice and the dolphin and sea lion shows were so entertaining. We also went to 27 waterfalls which is amazing. I would recommend to anyone who wants to see what the country is like in the D.R. IT IS STUNNING. Thank you so much for letting us book through you and your family. As promised, everything was taken care of before arrival and we had no problems whatsoever in getting to the resort and checking in. We even got reservations at Jazz for our first night which was delicious. We will definitely be back and will book through you again."

  • Outstanding Property - Fabulous Location - Superb Property Management

"Conveniently located about 25 minutes from PUJ, this property is within a very secure ocean front Condo Complex that is beautifully maintained by a friendly staff of local Dominican employees. 2 lovely pools (one with a swim up bar), an ocean front pergola, more than enough beach chairs and umbrellas to accommodate all. A market on site and a really good variety of reasonably priced restaurants within a 2 - 10 minute walk of the complex. There is no need for a vehicle. The Condo is very nicely appointed. The kitchen is complete for those wanting to make meals. 2 bathrooms are a definite plus, as is a pool 10 steps from the back (covered) patio. Just a lovely unit! The beach is lovely and goes on for miles. It is clean, the water is warm and seaweed is not a major issue. The water contains spectacular colors. Perhaps the singular best part of this particular unit is its property manager(s). Gayla and Michael are available 24/7 to deal with any issues and to offer guidance, direction and suggestions as needed. My wife and Gayla formed a bound which I suspect will last a lifetime. We have traveled fairly extensively within Central America and the Caribbean and I really now question why it took us so long to find the DR. It has become a serious option for our 2015 retirement. Thanks Marianna for providing a marvelous Condo in a beautiful, beautiful location. Thanks Gayla and Michael for your friendship and attentiveness. Lastly, thanks Ace for being you and a great Tour Guide."

  • Villa Fabulous!

"We researched our next Spring Break vacation until we found the perfect spot in Villa Gordon. Hidden away between Sosua and Cabarete was a little community of 10+ homes, a hotel, and an amazing restaurant all behind a guarded gate. This beach house was perfect for our extended family of 11 to visit and hang out for the week. With the four bedrooms off to the left side and the main house with two master suites, living room, dining room, and kitchen was a great place to stay for our first trip to the DR. Watch the videos Gordon sends you before you come, it will help a bit. Enjoy the comfy couches outside with 'Mini' the sweet, sweet kitty who sits on your lap. The pool gets shaded in the afternoon. The ocean right outside is dangerous but walk to the point on the right (AFTER the big rock) and it's shallow a good ways out, or go past the 3rd surf camp (10m walk) to where there are no rocks, gentle swells, and perfect waves for your kids. Or if you surf, rent a board! The life guard walking the beach was a bonus! Franklin (one of the best parts of the trip) picked us up from the airport and was our taxi the whole week. Johanny and Cathy, our maids for the week, were very industrious and hard workers and... they made breakfast for us EVERY single morning. It was heaven. Make sure your kitchen is stocked. For extra you can get a house-keepers lunch and everything was so good. Cons - Just a few! - Biggest problem was the wifi. They were not reliable at all. At. All. Chez Arsenio had a much stronger connection and it was sad the way we ran over there to download our email, or a book on our Kindle. The bedrooms do not get it at all (planned that way). The living room goes out every other day so you can't stream Pandora to the music speakers. - It's a typical beach house. It's a comfy house and perfect for all of us to lounge in but there is wear and tear in the house. The water filter spout was broken and hard to get water out of. One of the couches outside was a little worn down (like too many people sat in one particular spot). The outdoor plastic chairs, wooden chairs, and lounges were uncomfortable. - Buy extra toilet paper! :) - We got a little sick, even though the water was filtered. Be sure to talk to Anne about stocking the house with food. She is AWESOME! Go to Chez Arsenio! Happy Hour! - Monkey Jungle - Cabarete Beach - FAV! - 27 Waterfalls Have a great time! I would type more but I'm being cut off in my review! :)"
