"My family of 6 stayed in this condo for spring break 2015. We had a great time. 4 kids were very happy the whole time! Nicole was gracious and very easy to work with. She answered my multiple questions! Kids had a blast in pools and beach. Adults and children had great dinners at the Marina and close by resorts. Resort is very safe. Girls would go jogging alone without any worries. I recommend Anthony Perez boat ride and fishing on the 'Rich and Famous'. This was the highlight of our trip. Also, deep sea fishing with Mikes Marina. Both boats leave from Marina and very easy to walk to. We will come back."

"This condo was clean, beautifully decorated and had a gorgeous view. Owner was responsive, accessible and easy to work with. The grounds and pools are perfectly maintained. We met many wonderful, friendly people, including owners at this development. A supermarket, other stores and banks are conveniently located - no more than 10 minutes away by vehicle. There's also a mini-market, bank and other stores right on the property. Scapepark is about 5 minutes, and other amusements and beaches are close by. A biking/hiking/walking trail goes right through the property. Hoping to return soon.. Highly recommended!"

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location, Some Glitches
"Condo gorgeous, just like pictures. Balcony incredible!! Wifi works and is reliable!! We were there in July, 2015. The TVS in the bedroom are bigger than the TV in the living room-they should switch them. The resort area of Cap Cana Marina is the most beautiful place you will find on this side of the DR. Absolutely stunning, completely safe! Need a car to get around in here-don't rent the golf cart; you will limit yourself. It's as big as Manhattan. When renting a car be sure to buy car insurance from the car company; they will charge your credit card an absorbent fee if you don't have company insurance. So buy Avis or Budget's etc. insurance (not Priceline's.) Shower does not get hot here -warm at best. Biggest problem was seaweed. An American who has lived here for 4 years said it's getting worse each year. The seaweed made 2 of the 3 coves unusable. Workers remove it, but their efforts were fruitless as the amounts of seaweed were massive-made the coves look like brown, stinky swamps. The smell of the seaweed is awful (like sulfur). Api Beach, a 4 minute walk away was fine because they put up a wall to block seaweed. This was the best sea swimming in the area as we also checked out Juanillo & Bavaro Beach, both of which were brown & full of seaweed. Caleton was closed. The pools are gorgeous and we spent most of our time there. This entire side of the island has a seaweed problem right now; it cannot be escaped by going somewhere else. We did not have enough washcloths, blankets and TV in 2nd bedroom did not work; Jill said she would send Denisse her condo manager, but Denisse never came. The elevator is broken and no one worked on it the entire time we were here-a small inconvenience. We were only given 1 key and 1 pass to enter the building but could have used 2 so we could divide up our group, particularly because the elevator was not working. The resort is classy and stunning-looks like a multi million dollar complex. Workers are extremely nice, and some of the absolute best meals we ever had we had right at the marina (ACQUA MARE). We'd come back & rent from Jill FOR SURE but not in July when the seaweed might be a problem. The condo is just stunning, the views even better, & Jill was really responsive to our emails, etc. She is super. Because of the seaweed issue, Jill even offered us a small discount off the agreed upon price. Highly recommend! WAY BETTER than all inclusive! So much more room!! It's tranquil here!"

"Cap Cana is just beautiful Hands down! We took the condo and the lock out apartment for 10 days. It is absolutely beautiful. Very modern, clean, beautiful furniture and very well kept. With this unit being on ground level it was so simple to walk out to the pool (which was foot steps from the patio) and the beach which is just foot steps from the pool. Every morning I would make my coffee and sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful view and solitude of the property. Communication was perfect with Angela. Always answering all of our questions right away and being super helpful with tips etc. Having her Manager grocery shop for our family before we arrived was also a nice treat. Her manager informed us of all the great dinner spots and activities/ beaches to go to in the DR. I do have to say thanks to the great advise of her manager we found the most beautiful beach, Macau Beach. A half hour drive via highway to fresh grilled fish on the beach with the true hospitality of the Dominican people. Also, one of the best snorkel excursions we have been on was the Semi-Private tour on the Catamaran Teresa. Well worth the money and such a fun time. We will definitely return. This unit is the best in Soto Grande. Its location and convenience of being ground level is superb.
We did have a cold hot tub on the patio as the heater went out. Angela was in close communication with me about this and was out of her control. It was ok because it was fine to take a cold water dip after being in the sun for the day.
Fabulous stay. Thank you so much Angela."
