"First off, Yves is wonderful! He explains everything in detail and is always available if you have any questions or need any help. I was even able to arrange a ride to the airport (at 4am) with very short notice after my arranged transport fell through. He offers pick up and return to the airport for a very reasonable fee (less than taxi and more trustworthy). He also offers excursions, although I did not take any on this trip. The place is great for 2 people. Furnished well and clean. A/C works good. My favorite part was the location!! Directly across from the pool, it's easy to run in for a snack or drink or whatever. A couple days, I actually had the entire pool area to myself while I was out under the nice umbrellas on a comfy lounge chair. A quick walk to the beach was just as good. That area of the beach was basically empty, with nice shady palapas and comfy lounge chairs as well. A beautiful beach and the dock there made for some interesting time spent watching the boats coming and going for excursions and such. Kitchen is well stocked. Bottled water is provided. I was a little surprised to find that I had to pay some for the electricity. I did not see that in the description. I am pretty frugal with my energy expenditures, so it wasn't much for me, but if you want to run the a/c constantly, it could add up. The little snack bar near the pool is a little expensive and you might be better off to stock your fridge with drinks and if you don't want to cook, there are a few places within walking distance that are a much better deal. Kat's Corner was good and inexpensive too. If you want non-local alcoholic bevs, buy at the airport duty free shop. Overall, a great place if you just want to relax by the pool and beach. The Wi-Fi is a little sketchy and slow, so if you absolutely need Wi-Fi, you might want to provide your own somehow. I would definitely recommend and return if I go to Punta Cana again!"

"We rented this villa for 18 people and had such a peaceful, wonderful experience. I equate it to renting out a small resort and not having to share it with others. You get personal attention from the wonderful Ariel Perez who is there to answer any and all questions you may have. He is an extremely friendly and genuine man that values customer service and ensures the guests are comfortable. The customer facing staff is amazing. Chef Ozzy makes sure to gather your input about meals and will execute your menu flawlessly. The wait staff of Raymundo and Ramos are attentive, extremely polite, and fun. The staff was engaging and made an effort to get to know us. The back office staff always ensured we had fresh towels and toiletries and that rooms were always clean. We have absolutely no complaints about the staff, genuinely appreciated their efforts and company.
Honestly, the staff is great, but the best part is really the villa. It literally is a small resort. The pool is big and deep. Great for swimming and floating around. There is a kiddie pool which is also quite large, but no one spent any time in it. The hot tub is AMAZING. Grab a couple of beers and some good company and you can waste away the night looking at the stars, listening to the ocean, and talking story. The property is on the ocean, and only a 5, sometimes 10 foot jump away. Be daring, the ocean looks rough, but it's not as bad as it looks. The tennis court is great and has night lights. The veranda is where everyone spends so much time and is a perfect area for meals and lounging. It's a treat to live like this, even only for just a few day. We were luckily enough to spend time with friends and family in this wonderful place. It's a place we would love to visit again, and one we regret having to leave. Cheers to Deena, Ariel, and the entire staff for the wonderful hospitality."

"Just got back from our 6 day stay and first visit to the DR. Our goal was to get away and relax from the stresses at home and this condo fit the bill. The condo was clean and decorated elegantly with personal touches that make you feel warm and welcome. After a great night's sleep in comfy beds we'd get up to a beautiful ocean view and then open the sliding doors to enjoy coffee and the sound of the waves on the lovely patio. Next, a 3 mile run on the quiet beach and then a full afternoon of sunbathing at the well kept pool which overlooks the ocean. We preferred eating in to going out. Close-by Janet's supermarket made that easy! Fairly late in our stay we discovered El Buen Comer, local place with yummy authentic DR food. We made multiple trips there one afternoon during its limited open hours at lunch time. Our daughters enjoyed the freedom of easily going out on their own to sunbath by the pool with the condo just steps away for the bathroom and grabbing refreshments. This gave my husband and I some time to ourselves to talk and relax. Jacuzzi was also clean and refreshing. You can sit in it and watch the kite surfers ride by. It was an all around nice stay! :)"
