"Our extended family of 5 spent a very special relaxing time in February in this spacious condo. The location is perfect with a peak of the ocean from the comfortable front patio. The condos are very quiet with only an occasional music from the adjacent all inclusive. A short few steps to a lovely beach in front which is not crowded at all. Our grand daughter loved the sand, waves and the friendly other quests and staff. Pool is right in front, very convenient and not noisy. Across the street we visited the bakery every morning, then bought fresh fruit from the well stocked little store near the bakery. You can walk to Capitan Cook.s via the beach for a terrific seafood meal or enjoy local cuisine like chivo quisado or a variety of Italian dishes at Citrus a short. It's a well appointed condo and a workable kitchen for families that like to cook. We found everything we needed. Monica is super friendly and helpful. I recommend this place highly. No car needed."Guest: Juanita C. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 16, 2014View listing
"This condo and costambar is the absolute best getaway for couples or friends! My wife and I loved it!.. Lodi, victor and miriam were absolutely on point and very helpful! Our pool was cleaned and ready for use daily. The condo is situated on such a peaceful and clean part of costambar. So many beautiful plants and trees in our backyard. Parking available just steps from the building which was great. 2 minute walk to the beach. .The mini market by the costambar entrance was so convenient! With an ATM available and everything. They even deliver your groceries to the condo!. Lots of flowing air in the apartment, no AC was needed or missed, the ceiling fans were more than enough. Awesome sunlight. Water never failed. I felt right at home. 2 things I do suggest, A bed Net should be available in the apartment in case the tenants want to use it. And most importantly , the house rules should be added to your online add, possible tenants should be able to know these rules before booking the apartment instead of learning them at the premises. Over all I would totally go back as much as I can, you really cant beat the price either. Harry was so helpful and followed up with all of my questions and concerns, plus very accommodating. I cant wait to go back! Harry I will contact you you next year for my next stay! :) Thanks for everything... "My family of eight 3 daughters and their spouses/friends joined my wife and I for a week in Cabarete. The Villa is perfect for a large family that wants to have a relaxful time. The rooms are spacious and the living room, dining area and deck are perfect for family time. You are right on the ocean and there is a wonderful pool in the front. Great for walking the beach. You cannot really walk into the town because the tide blocks you at a couple of places when it is high. But a taxi to town is very inexpensive and seems always available. If you want a Villa in the middle of things this is not the place. If you want a place to relax, sun, read a book, have wonderful time with your kids, you cannot get any better."Guest: Steve S. "We were looking for a beachfront location to spend some vacation time with our family: 3 grown children and spouses. We looked at several locations but this Condo fit the bill perfectly. From the moment we reserved the unit, the owners were helpful with informing us about lots of details. Then they connected us with the concierge service which helped us with airport transfers etc. When we arrived and walked into the unit we were immediately impressed with the view, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the condo. The entire unit is furnished to perfection. From the Bose surround sound to the furniture in each part of the condo. The bedrooms were awesome, beds and pillows were very comfortable, even the bath towels were soft and awesome! The pictures on the site are accurate but in person the unit is so much more impressive. Then we moved outside, the pools and beach were just steps away. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas at the pool. There was never an issue with finding a chair or shade at the beach either. The staff was attentive and moved furniture as needed when we were outside. The vistas are amazing from all angles. Lots of sea life near the edges of the cove. We were traveling with our adult children and their spouses and the fact that each bedroom was a suite with its own bathroom was priceless. Everyone had their own private space. Yet there was great spaces for us to be together for family time, card games and socializing. We also spent a day at Caleton Beach Club which was a hit with the family. Lots of waves on that beach, and it provided some great water time. We loved our time at Cap Cana and for sure will return and use this most amazing condo again."Guest: Tentmaker Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 6, 2014View listing
