  • A paradise for golfers

"It was my first trip to Dominican Republic and Los Altos in Casa de Campo. I stayed at this villa with a good female friend. We are both very active and decided to rent a car and visit Santo Domingo, Fun Fun Cave in Hato Major and Catalina Island for snorkeling. Casa de Campo is truly a golfer's paradise, and since neither one of us play golf, we signed up for excursions outside the resort. Getting to these excursions was a bit challenging and took a lot of time. The resort beach is somewhat disappointing if you were looking for a true, beach vacation. Otherwise, the villa was lovely, Bob, the owner's attention to detail was second to none, and he made certain that we were well taken care of. We were first concerned about Dominga, the housekeeper, being at the villa every day. However, she was a wonderful asset and took care of us extremely well. I highly recommend this property especially if you are an avid golfer."

  • We love Sosua so much, we've decided to move there!

"We had a wonderful time in Sosua and loved our stay here very much. The location for this condo is perfect. It is a clean, safe, and convenient place to be. Hang at the pool, walk down to the beach, watch a movie on a rainy day... it was very easy to make this place our home. Sosua is a very friendly and walkable city. We were fortunate to meet the owner. He was a very friendly, honest, and helpful person who put us in touch with local people who have already become friends. We had such a wonderful time, that we've decided to move to Sosua. We would definitely rent here again and would recommend this condo to anyone."

  • Beautiful villa in the hills of Las Terrenas!

"We had a wonderful week in Las Terrenas! The house was about 10-15 minutes from town (grocery stores, restaurants) and the closest beach. The owner was very quick to respond to all of our questions prior to arrival and Christophe and his wife were very receptive to our needs while in DR. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and the photos do not do it justice. The views of the ocean and mountains are magnificent, very relaxing. There was a beautiful breeze even on the hottest of days and the many french doors allowed us to enjoy it without the need for A/C. I would suggest an SUV/4 wheel drive vehicle when staying at Villa d'Olne and even for some of the rough terrain you experience when heading out to some of the more remote beaches (ie. Rincon). On a day that rained, we had to leave our small car at the bottom of the hill and walk up as it could not make the steep climb up to the villa. I would definitely come back/recommend this villa to a friend."
