  • Great Vacation!

"We had the best time at whale Point Villas, We had our own private beach just steps away from the house, great staff, well equipped kitchens and spotless home. There are great walking trails through out the huge property, Fresh bananas hanging from the trees tropical birds hanging around the property pond, and coconuts for making a special drinks. We would highly recommend this vacation property to anyone looking for peace and privacy. We hardly left the property because it was so enjoyable right there. Thanks to all the staff for an enjoyable holiday. Mark and Cheryl"

  • Casita Buena Vista

"Wofgang along with Eldon, Merta, Cookie and Tiger have perfected the art of the vacation rental. It was by far the most organized, professional, yet personal experience we have had over many countries. They all exist to make sure you have the best time in San Pedro and nothing is too much to ask of them. Juice in the fridge and laundry service are great touches. The island info provided by Wolfgang before arrival is better than any travel book. Casita is huge, property is beautiful, however was surprised that our casita did not have any ocean view (is behind other building) and you cannot get out to the reef from beach. There is no kayak anymore and no bathroom door in the casita FYI. All in all one of the best spots on Ambergris to stay and will return for sure."

  • quiet and charming

"This house is in a quiet little fishing village. It is not as private as I thought, as there are small houses on each side, but it is pretty private. It is an older house, but it is really comfortable, and it really grew on us. We loved it more each day , and after 2 weeks we didn't want to go. It is on the west coast of Barbados, which is the nicest for swimming and beaches and good restaurants. We went to Mullins beach alot to keep our teenage boys busy. Post St. Charles beach is also nice. We did our grocery shopping in Holetown. It was a 15 minute drive away. Sprightstown was a little run down. There is also a small grocery store down the road from the house. (a 2 minute walk) MY favorite beach in Barbados was Crane beach. It's worth the trip! OUr favorite restaurants were The Lone Star, The Tides, Daphnes (a little pretentious, but the food was good), and the Fishing Pot. Eric, the care taker stopped by once in awhile, and he is really nice. The snorkeling in front of the house is a treat, and falling asleep each night to the sound of the ocean is priceless!"

"Casa de Sonadores is a stunning villa, perfect for large groups who want to enjoy the beauty of St. John. The stonework, outdoor showers, and gourmet kitchen make this property a perfect place to vacation. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and all of the rooms boast beautiful views of St. Thomas. The location, amenities, and views make this villa one of St. John’s highlights! Our family had the pleasure of staying at Casa de Sonadores while celebrating our daughter’s destination wedding and we could not have chosen a more perfect place! Upon our arrival on Easter Sunday, Henry, the property manager, met us promptly at the ferry dock and helped get us settled at the villa; he was extremely friendly in welcoming us to the island and provided some great suggestions on things to do and places to dine. Casa de Sonadores was the ideal place to host a Welcome Party and our daughter’s Wedding Reception. The house accommodated the entire group of 22 people as we enjoyed the delicious food prepared by Laura Nichols-Samms of Passion Fruit Chefs, and listened to the incredible sound of Marty Beech. After the excitement of the wedding, the remainder of the week was spent enjoying time with the family and exploring St. John. Our favorite highlights included snorkeling at Trunk Bay Beach and swimming with the sea turtles on Maho Bay. Skinny Legs, High Tide, Beach Bar, Banana Deck, Woody’s & Quiet Man were a few other places that we enjoyed. To end the trip, twenty of us took a sunset cruise on the Kekoa - amazing sunset photos! It was a fairy-tale wedding in a fairy tale place . . . the week could not have been more perfect! Thank you John & Vicky for the memories! The Iversons - Connecticut"
