"We can only endorse what all the other great reviews have said about "Inside Out". The apartment is spotlessly clean and has lots of little extras that you might have forgotten to bring and even the use of a local mobile phone which we found very useful. Ellen and Stewart are friendly. generous and so unobtrusive you don't know they are there unless you need them. Stewart kindly stopped at the local store for us to pick up some essentials on our way from the airport which wasn't necessary as Ellen had so thoughtfully provided a generous "Welcome Pack" for all our breakfast needs. The view is stunning the breeze cooling and "Inside Out" was everything we could have hoped for and more, so peaceful and relaxing exactly what we wanted. We would recommend both Ellen's Curry Night and private Dining her food is fabulous and Stewart is a very generous bartender!!! We would also recommend hiring a car from their neighbour Lorry who is not only very competitively priced but also friendly and helpful with extensive local knowledge.
We loved "Inside Out" and Grenada so much we have already booked to return next year!"

"I loved staying here, and would return. It's comfortable and spacious. However:
- The photos are dated. It's more weatherbeaten and worn now. (This did not detract from our enjoyment of the place.)
- If you're looking for a good, nearby beach, this is not the place for you. There is a beach just down the path, but not particularly appealing. To get to good beaches, shops or restaurants, you need a car.
This property is on the more remote, windward side of Grenada.
(Again, not a problem for us, we enjoyed the wind and the rain in the greenery.)
- If you are nervous about bats (or mosquitos), this is also not the place for you.
- The path down from the road to the house is quite long and steep.
- The caretaker is great, helpful, friendly - he takes great care of the place and the gardens. (Not an easy job, I'm sure.)
This is a hideaway in the country. Great for writing, reading, hanging out.
Definitely take Deborah up on her offer to have someone meet you on arrival - I can't imagine anyone finding this house on their own!
That being said, it became one of our favorite places to stay in the Caribbean. The moonlight through the loft windows, the lizards in the outdoor shower - excellent."

"This villa is wonderful in every way. The layout of the home was well planed. There is shade, (if desired) from morning until night outside where you can enjoy the great view and pool area. The location and design of the home on the property makes it extreamly private. The breeze keeps the whole home cool and comfortable, we did not need the A/C. The home was built with quality materials and craftsmanship. The landscaping around the villa is professional and well maintained. This villa has a extremely well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds and furniture to make you feel like your home. I walked a hour each morning through out the community feeling absolutely comfortable and safe. I made a few friends with my dog biscuits and had wagging tails as I passed each AM.
My wife and I have stayed in a different VRBO each on a different Caribbean Island for the past 9 years. This villa was the best equipped, most comfortable, best designed home by far. The staff is extremely eager to help in any way. The communication with the owner on the front side was always prompt and helpful. There were recommendation's on car rental, tours guides if desired, what we needed to bring....and just as important what we did not need to bring. BTW, the owner also called a day or two after we arrived to be sure everything was OK and if we needed anything....Wow. (Only one other time did a owner follow up to see if things were in order.)
There are many places to explore, things to taste, experiences awaiting. Grenada is a very special place and unique. The people of Grenada are extremely genuine and sincere. We hired a driver for "Fish Friday" & a tour of the island. George & Mike took good care of us, extremely knowledgeable and very fairly priced. We left believing we really got to know their island from the time we spent with them both. We would highly recommend them for a tour if your looking to learn more about the culture, history, plants, geography, etc of Grenada. Virtually everyone we talked with - at dinner, casual conversations, roadside BBQ, on the beach, at the market, asking for directions, etc was a absolute joy. It is a remarkable island that we will visit again.
Congrat's to the owner for building a first class villa and managing it in such professional manor.
Ace's across the board."
