  • Another great stay!

"This was our second stay (this time with our 6 month old son ;)) at PCD and again we were not disappointed! Had an amazing time! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Catherine and her family are extremely accommodating and friendly. Catherine personally took care of our package that we had send to St John prior to our arrival. Her son met us at the barge, even though we were very delayed, and made sure we made it safe to the villa! Highly recommended! Thank you Catherine! We'll be back :)"

  • Private Oasis

"We had a wonderfully, relaxing vacation. I really loved the place feeling so private with the beautiful beach and water! The location was perfect for exploring both in the water and along the beaches or just relaxing. We couldn't have asked for any better of a location."

  • Great Week

"We just spent a week at this Condo and had a great time. It was beautiful, well decorated, comfortable, and we loved hanging out on the balcony with the great view. This was my first time using VRBO and I was slightly concerned because there were no recent reviews, but I was not disappointed. There were tons more amazing reviews in the guest book on the coffee table in the living room. The location was great and it was easy to to get to lindquist beach/smith bay park and coki beach, st john ferry, secret harbour beach/bar, and some nice/reasonably priced restaurants in red hook. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and packing lunch to bring to the beach every day, which saved alot of money. It was nice to have access to the beach chairs, cooler, and snorkel gear. We enjoyed the on-site spa (point wellness) and pool on our last day, but didn't care for the on site restaurant Panga. The only time we had to drive more than 5 minutes was the the airport, charlotte amalie, and magens bay. I would definitely stay here again!"
