  • Xmas in Provo

"The day didn't start as I had planned. Our flight was delayed, the customs lines were long and slow, and the rental car company didn't have the right car for us. Then I opened the door ofthe unit at Grandview and all my frustrations melted away. You could see directly through the condo to the turquoise/ blue water and I knew we had come to the right place. I can't imagine a more perfect week than the one we just spent in Provo. The unit was big enough for my wife and I and our three kids, 22,19 and 17, to spread out and not be on top of each other. The furnishings and appliances were all clean and up to date. The grounds were maintained impeccably and the gorgeous beach was in a location that was close enough to walk to restaurants on the beach and just far enough away to not be crowded. The balcony overlooking the pool and the beach was a great hangout early in the morning and again for a couple of hours after coming up from the beach while deciding where to go for dinner. Peter(owner) was vey helpful in securing the dates I needed, since it's hard to get my family together with all of our schedules. Linda(property manager) was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The supermarket, casino, and many restaurants were a short walk or car ride away. We've been home for 4 days and all I can think about is going back. We will be in touch with Peter soon to plan a return visit."

  • Blissful

"I cannot say enough positive adjectives to describe my Grand Cayman experience with this condo. First of all, renting from Nikki and Chris is extremely simple. I was hesitant because I have never rented property through this site. All transactions and communication was done simply, through email. When we arrived at the condo, I couldn't believe how amazing this place was. Not only the cleanliness and the physical aspects of this condo....But the location. We attended a wedding and we had many family members staying at the same complex, but our condo became the most used. It is a short walk to the pool and another short walk to the waterfront. If you book an excursion the boat will pick you up from the dock, which is within a short walking distance. The Kaibo Yacht Club is wonderful as well. This place has the Island feel that we, New Englanders dream about all winter long. The whole experience beginning with my first correspondence with Nikki, then ending with the sad moment that we had to return the key, was nothing less than fabulous. I would highly recommend rented this property from Nikki and Chris."

  • Paradise for 5 girls

"This is by far the most beautiful rental we have stayed in in the 17 years we have been doing this. Every amenity has been provided for us and the decorating is supreme. We could not be happier and we will probably just say, keep the deposit, we will be back next year......"

  • We love this condo.

"My friends and I have just finished our third extended stay at this condo. The unit is very clean, quiet and contains everything you need for a fabulous vacation including WiFi and cable TV. The condo itself is even better than the picture and has a million dollar view of the Caribbean and St. John. The pool and beach are a very short walk and are kept very clean. Beach chairs and cooler is furnished in condo for your use. The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. Food is available on the beach at a open air cabana for breakfast, lunch and a variety of drinks. The Sapphire grill, a short walk up the hill, also serves lunch and dinner and has music many nights. The town of Red Hook is only a short taxi ride away and has an array of food, drinks and entertainment. Many grocery stores are a short ride away. We do not rent a car and have no trouble getting around. The $1.00 safari bus is available on the main road about every 15 minutes. With a little practice you can get almost everywhere on this affordable means of travel. This is an island of tourist so taxies are everywhere. Even though the taxi stand on site has been closed you can call one anytime of the night or day. Phone number for taxies available in condo. The rates are very reasonable. If you do rent a car ample parking is available on site. The resort is under renovation but this has no effect on your everyday activities and the end result will be worth it. AT&T has the only cell towers on the islands. All other companies must pay roaming charges which is very expensive. I bought a used AT&T Go phone for use on the island. The east end location of this condo is your gateway to St. John. A short ferry ride from Red Hook will take you to Cruz Bay and the beaches of St. John. It's like getting two islands for the price of one. The marina in front of unit has many boat tours available at a reasonable rate. We always take at least one boat tour on every visit. We have found the people are very friendly and see the same people come back every year. We feel extremely safe with the security at the entrance and security constantly walking the grounds. We love this condo and plan on visiting for many years to come."
