  • Fabulous getaway!

"Tradewinds was a wonderful place to truly relax and enjoy the privacy of the location and the beauty of the ocean. We were five college friends, celebrating our 40th birthdays together, and this was everything we could have wanted! The Owner was so nice and responsive from the very first email. The staff at the house took wonderful care of us, and we really did not have to do a thing! A true vacation! The food was delicious and enjoyed by all!! We are looking forward to our return visit...Thank you to all!"

  • A perfect winter get-away

"This was our first trip to Jamaica and it was wonderful. We have two small children and wanted help with the cooking and cleaning but we aren't the all-inclusive resort types. This was perfect for us. The staff were wonderful. Kind and genuine people who taught us about Jamaican foods, plants and customs. It was amazing to have such wonderful meals without lifting a finger. Miss Jen and Miss Medittta are excellent cooks. Raniel, Danville and Aman were generous guides and took great care of us on the crazy roads and shared local stories and politics with us. We had delightful trips up the Black River, to the Pelican Bar and to YS falls. The pool is just outside and it is a short walk down to the beach. The views from the villa are panoramic. You have a view of the sea anywhere you sit. I just moved from lounge chair to lounge chair. This was he most relaxing vacation I have ever had. Treasure Beach is a bit of a trek from the airport but well worth it. If you are looking for a vacation off the beaten path this is the place."

  • Engraved in my memories forever

"Armed with my fancy Nikon and two friends I came to celebrate my 40th birthday. What I didn't know is I would spend my evenings starring...awed by the sunset that my 64gb memory came back home barely used. My friends and I had never vacationed together. Seagrape delivered the ultimate comfort that we all were at ease. Well mannered and efficient staff. Clean accomodation. Well manicured gardens privacy from other villas. The private cliff access to the sea made you feel like you were in a millionaire beach mansion in Malindi. We were graced by Dolphins about 100 feet from our cliff. There were maps and directions to remove any rum induced fog. Walking distance to the Rick's cafe and short drive to the 7mile beach...if you find it in you to leave the residence. There were a few rainy days.....all 15 mins of it were welcome to calm down the heat for the evening. Juicy was timely with his meals as requested and cook he can. Thank you for the fresh flower arrangements in each room.....something about the bougainvallea. Only regret is that we did not stay longer. A definate must do again vacation and am bringing my family along this time."

  • The Perfect Spot

"For anyone not into " all inclusives" which seem to be the rage on Jamaica thus is the place for you. Quirky in the best way, the two storey house with the master bedroom on the second floor is stashed with art and artifacts and a perfect ocean view. Great cooking facilities. No need to leave the property!"
