  • Most amazing time, with the most amazing hosts!

"This was my me & my wife's first experience with VRBO, and we can't recommend Cher, Barry G, and the Jamaica Jewel enough. From the moment we arrived, Barry and Cher made us feel welcome. Their accommodations are absolutely beautiful and they are always there if you need anything. During our week stay in Duncans we spent most of the time on the pristine beach, drinking Red Stripe and wine, and sharing many laughs with Barry and Cher. On a few occasions, they made us dinner and that itself is worth the trip. We are vegan, and Barry and Cher were very accommodating to our needs. They were even so king as to take us to a fantastic market in Falmouth to get as much fresh produce as we liked. Having the opportunity to cook our own meals, while also experiencing their spectacular cooking was just what we were looking for. We only decided to make it to a few excursions but to be honest, the beach and great company we had made it hard to leave Duncans! We can't wait to return and we thank Barry G and Cher for making our honeymoon so memorable! Get to the Jamaica Jewel as soon as you can! :)"

  • Looking for the perfect holiday - here it is

"I spent a week here with my husband and 4 other couples. A beautiful villa with its own small beach and lots of outside space. We were so well looked after by the amazing staff of 8, all of whom were so professional as well as warm and friendly. We didn't lift a finger. A car or driver is necessary if you wanted to go off sightseeing but there is plenty to do at the villa apart from just relaxing in the sun. Since there were ten of us, we didn't feel the need go out at night as we were a party just at home, with wonderful food and a variety of cocktails and very drinkable wines with each meal. Special thanks to the staff for really spoiling us. Every hotel could learn from the staff training that has made this villa what it is - a very memorable place to stay."

  • Relax and let Rainbow Point do the rest

"We had a wonderful time, our normal group is 10 adults, this time is was only 5 of us, I was looking for something in Tb area and came across Rainbow Point, I contacted the owner and had a response in a few minutes, booked via email, very easy. Now on to our stay, we arrived about 230pm The grounds were clean and inviting, Miss Jennisfer & Miss Medita & Raneil were there to greet us with warm welcoming smiles. As we entered the home you look through to the varanda and all you see is OCEAN!! So beautiful we spent most of our time by the pool or on the veranda just looking at the waves and the fisherman on the beach. The waves would rock you to sleep at night and the fresh air would wake you in the morning. Joshua's hands are gold, very pleasent and very respectful. The pool was clean and cool (one of the few deeper pools)and the view is amazing. Jack Sprats is a few minuts drive and the people very friendly and food was delish. I can not say enough good things about the people, the food Rainbow Point,TB Billys Bay, they are the heart and soul of the country and we will be back soon :) Oh and Aman, thank you again for taking our friends home, and appleton, it was nice to not have to be the driver and to be able to relax and enjoy the tour(another must appletons)"

Jamaica Travel Tips

Jamaica Resorts Offer Easy Access to Breathtaking Views, Local Art and Relaxing Waters

Jamaica is a popular Caribbean destination that may be reached via air or cruise. There are plenty of sights to see and local traditions to absorb during your stay regardless of how you get there. Jamaica resorts offer access to scenic waterfalls, caves, rainforests and tropical wildlife, as well as local artwork, shops and dining opportunities.

Reserve Jamaica Resorts and Relax in the Sun

Staying in Jamaica villas means you’ll have the best of both worlds. You’ll be able to explore local natural wonders, then retire to one of the many Caribbean resorts for a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy your own private getaway on the beach, and nap in the sun as often as you like.

Rent Jamaica Villas near Local Attractions

Visitors love to tour limestone caves, waterfalls and even mineral springs near Jamaica resorts. Many of the springs are purported to have healing properties, and can be found on a simple hike through the local national forests and parks. Some Jamaica villas may also be available further inland near these natural phenomena if you prefer something a little more secluded. Many Caribbean resorts offer information on local tours and schedules so that you can plan your own adventure in the local outback!

Absorb the Local Culture and Rest at Caribbean Resorts

When you feel like simply exploring the local villages around Jamaica resorts, you can stroll along the shops and search for gifts and souvenirs to take back home with you. Try to find a local restaurant to partake in traditional cuisine for a special treat too.

Many items the locals are selling around Jamaica villas are actually handmade by island natives, so it’s not like anything you can find back at home. Don’t forget to reserve your space at Caribbean resorts to explore as much of this beautiful island as you possibly can during your stay!
