  • Perfect for four couples!

"This was our 5th annual Bahamas trip, our 2nd time to Green Turtle. This is the best house we have stayed in, by far! A spacious, open floor plan and four comfortable bedrooms meant all of us were happy. No one was stuck in "the kid's room". The furnishings are upscale, the kitchen is well stocked with plates, platters, stemware, acrylic tumblers, etc. the kitchen is open, with a large bar/counter, making it easy for several cooks to work at one time, and still interact with the entire group. The outdoor shower was a bonus. It was great to be able to wash the sand off after relaxing in Coco Bay, or after a day of fishing. Great location at the north end of Green Turtle. Be sure to rent a gas powered golf cart. Great vacation!"

  • Perfect Vacation

"The ocean at your front door and White Sound at your back door, along with your own boat dock. It does not get any better than that...We had four couples and never felt cramped...The entire island is within reach by way of a golf cart. The views from the house are stunning. The restaurants on the island are all excellent."

  • GREAT Christmas vacation

"GREAT Christmas Vacation in Great Guana Cay!!! Our family of five (mom, dad, boy 6, and two girls 15 and 17 yrs.) had a great time at Watch Hill – December 22 – 28. Gina (owner) was easy to deal with and gave us all the information we needed for an easy arrival and stay. The well-maintained and furnished house is on the Atlantic side with beautiful views and a great beach, 5 min golf cart drive to ‘town’ and 10 min beach walk to Nippers. Watch Hill has a well equipped kitchen (dish washer, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, all pots/pans, ect.. also a grill), tons of towels, and sufficient “leftovers” from previous guests for a day at the beach (umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, sun screen, ect..). The weather was great (around 75-80 in the day, 65-70 at night), water was in the 70’s and not too cold. We had 2 days that were windy, other than that the weather was perfect. With teenagers and not wanting to have to “rough it”, we were split on doing a resort or something like Guana Cay. Don’t worry, Guana is not roughing it (unless you’re a type-A personality) and has enough to do to keep the kids/parents occupied. The girls had a great time and we got to spend some excellent quality time with the kids just hanging out (and yes, there is internet). Guana is probably what the Bahamas were like 10-15 years ago. It is laid back, nice people and not overly touristy. You will need to rent a golf cart to get around. We rented/reserved ours before we arrived (Gina will give you the contact information) and they met us at the dock with the cart. Rent a boat for a day or three to explore Man-o-War, Hope Island and other nearby Cays (I am by no means a ‘sailor’ but had no problem getting in and around the nearby islands). I’d recommend bringing snorkeling equipment. If you have young ones, bring a cheap fishing rod to catch small fish for fun. There are 5 restaurants, liquor store, grocery store, laundry, boat and cart rentals so don’t worry about there not being any ‘supplies’. We preferred Grabbers, it seemed less ‘bar-like’, had more space to lounge and was just more laid back. They had kayaks you can use (free) – highly recommend paddling out to the little island 200 yds from shore for great snorkeling. Kidds bar is on the main drag by the docks, it is more of a local hang out but a great place to sit and meet folks and just hang out once the sun has gone down. You are going to pay D.C/NYC prices for food and drink."

  • Wonderful experience.

"Our first time to the Virgin Islands was one to remember. This wonderful condo was a major part of that. How the owner represents their property is spot on, especially since one can't put into words just how beautiful it really is there. Marsha is excellent in all things related to renting a condo. If you are looking for simplicity, quiet, and "peaceful with a gorgeous view", then this is truly to place for you. Dining can be accomplished in several ways. We did cab rides into Red Hook as well as using the 'walkable' choices near the unit. "Off the Grid" food truck at the top of the hill was awesome, definitely recommend at least one visit there. "Banana Cabana" was great for lunch, right there on the beach, and nice selections. We"
