  • Best Of Three Weeks in Eleuthera

"I rented Tim's place for a vacation with my daughter, son-in-law, and my two little grandchildren. The house was perfect for all of us - spacious and well equipped, including very comfortable beds, nice linens and plenty of towels. The kids loved the sandy play area and we loved relaxing under the palm trees. We really enjoyed the wifi and TV after sundown, especially Canadian coverage of the final men's hockey game in the Olympics! Our day trips to beautiful beaches all over the island never ceased to amaze. We loved the nearby Ten Bay Beach the best. The location in Palmetto Point is a perfect home base for daily exploring. Making arrangements for our vacation with Tim was easy and seamless. Caretaker Chris was always available to assist in our arrival and questions throughout the week. Thank you Tim and Chris! We had a wonderful stay at The Palms!"

  • Unbelievable!!!!

"Breathtaking views, a beautiful well-equipped home and gorgeous outdoor areas made a holiday vacation for two families a fabulous experience. I knew we would not be disappointed from the moment I made contact with Karen, the owner. Karen answered all my questions and was accommodating and gracious every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, emailing promptly the entire 6 months leading up to our departure. We have rented through VRBO on many, many occasions, and she was by far the most congenial and organized. The home is beautiful and well attended to. We fit our party of 9 with ease. Our island manager, Joss, was waiting for us at the ferry dock for our late arrival, had arranged for our rental cars to be delivered to the parking lot, let us order pizzas for our overdue dinner and even escorted us to the grocery store so that we could get to the house as soon as possible. Joss is so much fun and we were privileged that she agreed to eat with us that evening. When our car battery needed a jump (totally our fault when we didn't realize the lights were left on), she got someone to come and jump the car within the hour so that we didn't miss our daylong boat charter...she was awesome. The views are spectacular, and Karen built the home so as to take advantage of the trade winds. The breeze kept all the rooms cool at night and kept the mosquitos at bay, even with the fantastic gardens surrounding the villa. Be sure to explore all the garden sitting areas surrounding the house if you go...they are beautiful, and we were lucky to pick a few limes to add to our cocktails in the evening. The beaches on Tortola are gorgeous and the people on the island are so kind. We made friends with the owners at several restaurants and look forward to seeing them again some day. We loved Cane Garden Beach, as it was a calm beach the time of year we were there. If you go there...make sure to talk to Lion at the Glass Blowing shop...He and his coworkers make unique items from the bottles and glass retrieved from the bars and restaurants on the island. If you are looking to rent AnaCapri, don't hesitate. Karen, her staff, the villa and the views are the best!"

  • A great week in a great house!

"Just got back fro our week at Coco Nut Tree House. What a cool house, we were greeted at the dock by Vernal, he was a pleasure. The house is beautiful, huge glass windows and sliding doors facing the Sea of Abaco and gorgeous views of the sunset. It is truly nestled in amongst the coconut trees and foliage. You barely know there is another house around. The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable including all your cooking supplies and wine glasses even DVD movies and books for the rainy periods. The screened room below is great, super comfy and awesome views of the sunset from there as well! We had a great time and can't wait to book another week! Thanks Sherry!!"

  • October Paradise

"This Ocean Villa is well located for walking anywhere you need to go, but renting a golfcart makes it easier to explore parts of Treasure Cay you might not see otherwise. Walking distance to Coco Bar, Tipsy Seagull, Marina, Golden Harvest, Bristol Liquors, etc. The kitchen is very well equipped and organized. The icemaker is a beast, once it gets going, it can really crank out the ice! Also the reverse osmosis water spigot saves on the purchase of jugs of water and bags of ice, and the villa has numerous ice trays for filling and freezing. We were there before restaurants re-opened from Storm Season, so we grilled out every night, enjoying cocktails on the patio and watching the sunset. We had the entire complex to ourselves! Well lighted at night, we felt very safe. There are 2 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, each with its own bath. Although the villa can sleep 6 with the pull out sofa in the living room, it is better suited for 2 couples or a family of 4. The living area/dining/kitchen would be a bit cramped With more than four. The sliding glass doors would not open for us, otherwise that would definitely have extended the living area. There was such a nice breeze, it was a shame not to take advantage of it. But the a/c works extremely well. This condo has it's own wifi and local telephone, which was an added bonus. The owner was always just an email away from my iPad. Laundry is available for $8.50 per basket steps away in the clubhouse. We left the basket by the door in the am and by the time we returned from fishing, it was clean and folded nicely for us. The pool is lovely and well maintained. The housekeeper was very attentive and friendly, calling periodically to check on things, helping with the location of whatever we couldn't find and information in general. We have been coming to Treasure Cay for many years for bonefishing, but you absolutely can't find a prettier sandy beach with crystal clear turquoise water. This villa has quick and easy access to that beach, with common outside hoses and shower for rinsing off. This was important to us for cleaning fly rods, boots, etc. every evening. This was perhaps the nicest visit we have had in years and plan to return to this villa. Nearly perfect."
