  • Another wonderful stay at Golden Reef

"Golden Reef was great! Very clean and comfortable! The owners are all delightful. The apartment has beautiful views, it is walking distance to shops and restaurants, and there is everything you would need inside. Thanks again!"

  • Paradise on the Sea of Abaco

"With an updated kitchen and all the amenities of home, my second visit to Seaturtle Treehouse was wonderful! The addition of the screened porch with swinging chairs provides great views of the sea and sunset! Whip up a batch of margaritas and head for the dock to watch the fish swim by as the sky burns a majestic pink glow. I'll be back soon!"

  • Beautiful, Quiet and Amazing!

"Amazing condo right next to Magens Bay. It was the perfect vacation for me and my two brothers. The water in the bay is crystal clear and from our balcony we could see the sea turtles swimming in the bay. You can run or walk to Magens Beach and get paddle boards and kayaks. It is also a short distance to Udder Delight which has the best milkshakes you will ever have. My brother had one on our third day there and got one everyday until we left seven days later. We rented a car because the villa has its own parking. Navigating around the island is really easy and there are a lot of activities you can do at other beaches without having to stay in a busy hotel. That was one of the best things about the villa, you were away from everything else and could enjoy a quiet beautiful day on your own beach if you wanted to. Michelle, the housekeeper picked us up at the airport and took us to a grocery store to stock up on food. There is a grill on the balcony where we cooked our food almost every night and ate outside. Michelle also came and cleaned the house during the week. There was a washer/dryer below the condo which was really convenient. The inside of the condo is beautiful and the pictures on the site don’t really do it justice. There were plenty of beach towels and sunscreen in the condo as well. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking items/dinnerware. The condo was away from I would definitely stay here again."

  • Great location

"We were 2 couples and this was the perfect location for us. Plenty of restaurants so we didnt have to drive if we didn't feel like it. Even though there is plenty going on in the Gap and a lot of noise, you don't here in the condo. Liked being able to walk straight out of room to be pool side In summary I recommend it"

Netherlands Antilles Travel Tips

Best Time of Year to Visit Netherlands Antilles Vacation Rentals

The Netherlands Antilles are a group of islands located in the Caribbean. They enjoy a year-round warm tropical climate where the season is defined by the the amount of rain rather than the temperatures. There is little different between summer and winter except that in the summer months, there are higher levels of humidity and greater amounts of rainfall. Late summer is when tropical storms can blow through and this is therefore the low travel season. At other times of year, the islands enjoy a warm climate. The peak travel season is from December to April which coincides with the dry season. This conveniently coincides with the winter season of the northern hemisphere and is a welcome excuse for travelers from the United States, Canada and Europe to escape from the chilly winter temperatures back home.

Traveling to the Netherlands Antilles Villas

The Netherlands Antilles are made up of several islands. Each has its own international airport and good flight connections. Curacao, St. Maarten, Saba, Bonaire and St. Eustatius are the five islands. The airports on Curacao, St. Maarten and Bonaire are equipped to handle long-haul international flights and there are regular commercial arrivals from Amsterdam, Miami, Atlanta, New York City and Caracus in South America. The other islands have shorter runways which can accommodate smaller commercial aircraft. When traveling to one of the smaller islands, you can get regional flight connections. There are also ferry connections between St. Maarten and Saba that operate on a weekly basis.
