"What an incredible place. My daughter and I loved the condo.n 2 bdrms well separated, with their own bathrooms and an even more iincredible porch/lanai. the view is wonderful, the breezes were wonderful. We never turned on the a/c and had no bugs and great temperatures. We will gladly go back there again."Guest: Linda Fields Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 13, 2014View listing
"This is a very nice and clean apartment. The location is great, building is very secure and safe. It is fully fully stocked with all you need. I would definitely stay here again. Forget those over priced resort hotels, this place is way better! Rent a car for a couple days to sightsee then take the rest of your stay to relax on the beautiful beach just walking minutes away. My husband and I were very pleased and we can't brag enough about our stay. Thank You!"Guest: lisa Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 9, 2014View listing
"We have been renting properties through VRBO for a while and Jorge is the best owner we have dealt with. Extremely helpful and professional. The condo and the beach was exactly what the pictures show. The entire property is clean and we'll kept. Pool area was beautiful to sit around each morning and the beach is endless with very few people. Jorge made sure we had lots of information of the things to do around the Island and checked in a couple times to make sure things were ok. A bonus was the overstocked fridge and pantry this was a great added feature as we didn't need to worry about groceries immediately. The location is very private and you feel secluded yet the grocery stores are only 10 minutes away. If you meet his neighbor watch out for the great cosmo's he makes. The only thing I would change is to stay longer."Guest: Chris B. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 6, 2014View listing
"Just had my third vacation at this beautiful villa...I love coming back here.. This time was especially nice as I saw many upgrades since the last time I was there. Everything looked fresh and new with added televisions in the bedrooms and a newer, larger tv in the living room area. The beautiful view is still as gorgeous and the beach bar had great specials. Great people and a great place to get away from it all.....Going back again soon I hope..."Guest: Lula H. Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 20, 2014View listing
Adjuntas Travel Tips
The City of the Sleeping Giant Welcomes Visitors to the Adjuntas Vacation Rentals
Welcome to La Ciudad del Gigante Dormido! The name literally translates into "The City of the Sleeping Giant." This is because of a nearby mountain formation. Whether you plan on spending your vacation dozing like the great giant or hiking through the topography that gained the town's nickname, you are sure to get the most out of your vacation by lodging in one of the available Adjuntas vacation rentals. There are rentals that are available by private owners and also rentals available in Puerto Rico resorts in Adjuntas.
La Tierra de los Lagos
Adjuntas is a town of many names. Another name is "The Land of Lakes" and we bet that you can guess why. In addition to the beautiful mountains that roll and crest throughout the topography, the terrain is also full of lakes. Adjuntas travel can include wonderful experiences in the natural world.
While spending time in this area with so many outdoor activity options, staying in one of the available Adjuntas vacation rentals is preferable to staying in a hotel. No matter how mud-splattered or grass-stained you get while hiking, you'll be able to do a load of laundry upon returning to your vacation rental.
The Switzerland of Puerto Rico
Because of the relatively chilly weather in the region, Adjuntas has been called "The Switzerland of Puerto Rico." Whether you are eating Swiss chocolate or enjoying the many culinary treats that Puerto Rico has to offer, you will enjoy the benefit of having a kitchen available to you while staying in one of the available Adjuntas vacation rentals.
Not only does having a kitchen cut down on the cost of dining out while your are on vacation, but it also allows you to live like a local. Enjoy cooking leisurely in one of the many beautiful Adjuntas vacation rentals. You can also use the kitchen to pack picnic lunches before heading out on the trail.
