"This is our 3rd stay at this complex in as many years, and we are most pleased with this unit. Some of what made this so, was access to washer/dryer, no pet odors from previous tenants and A/C across the entire unit (and not just the bedrooms). In addition, this unit was extremely well equipped with plenty of beach towels, movies to watch at night, board games, and even coffee & tea. The owners are great to deal with and their parents were very hospitable during the check-in process. My wife & I are both very pleased and will definitely return. Oh, and of course can't forget the million dollar view from the balcony and the incredible sunset each night."

"Our vacation at this beautiful house was awesome! The yard and pool area are absolutely fabulous and the view is breathtaking. We spent a lot of time swimming (thank you for the float, noodles and raft) and enjoying the jacuzzi but also took in the local sights including the lighthouse at Rincon, and Jobos and Crash Boat beaches as well as the old Ponderosa light house. The iguanas came and went and were fun to watch. The grocery store is very close, as is the surf shop where we rented our masks, snorkels, fins and boogie boards. We ate out most nights but did cook for breakfast. While not a full set of pots and pans, we got by cooking eggs and pancakes. There were 2 nights in which we had trouble with the jacuzzi. It turned on in the middle of the night, and we couldn't get it turned off. It eventually cycled through and shut off on its own. Because it was the middle of the night we did not call our property contact. The main shower faucet leaked terribly which we told our contact right away, who called a plumber. It wasn't fixed when we left Saturday. The other amenities were wonderful including the generous supply of beach towels. There were some belongings left from previous guests (articles of clothing). Since this was our first VRBO rental I wasn't sure if this was typical. We left them untouched. The location of this property is ideal and the neighbors as well as the pool service representative were very friendly. We all had a fabulous time, and are thankful that we had the opportunity to share this beautiful property! Thank you."

"After spending 3 days of our 10 day vacation in sub-standard accommodations, my Fiance came across this apartment by luck. At first we were very skeptical because of the price, we couldn't believe that we could have the apartment the was pictured for the same price of the lesser lodging that we had. The minute we walked through the doors we were SOLD! The apartment was clean, the decor was very fresh modern looking and all the supplies were there in abundance in both interior and exterior and well maintained. The Apartment is centrally located to all the local beaches of Aguadilla, Isabela and Rincon. The Island's main highway (Carr 2) is only minutes away. There is a skate park next door. The golf course, Airport, post office and many stores are within walking distance. This is my Fiancé first time on the island and needless to say he is still raving about it as I type. The area has a calming atmosphere, time seemed to stand still while we were here. The owner Heriberto is a gentleman and did everything in his power to make our stay as spectacular as possible. The one stop activity shopping was amazing as he made available a variety of exercise and sporting equipment for our pleasure.
We will definitely be back not only to Puerto Rico to one of Heriberto's wonderful apratments on the island"

"We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Our children are 10 and 8. The house was perfectly located near the beach. House was clean and was lit up when we arrived. Aguadilla is a great surf town. We stopped at grocery store for food and had breakfast and nightcaps on the awesome rooftop deck with ocean views. We packed lunches and beer in a cooler each day and headed to Jobos beach. The,beach was beauTiful. Water so clear and we had so much fun collecting sea glass. We went on a 2 hour horseback back riding tour at Tropical Trail rides. The ride and scenery was beautiful. The weather was 85 and sunny every day. We rented a car and took a trip to el yunque rainforest in San Juan. It was a 2 hour drive. After a brutal New York winter this was a great getaway that gives you a feel for the local PR culture. Recommend: Kai, TBC, onetenthai for meals. Ola Lolas for happy hour. Great vacation. Will come Back."
