"This is our second vacation renting this house. We get a big group of 5-6 families and rent 3 houses that are next to each other. The location is just perfect for us - situated right on the beach, quiet morning walks along the beach, and colourful local life. Only 20 minutes from public Crash Boat beach and beautiful Step Beach. Don't forget to visit local Panederia Eileen. Try the ribs and guava pastry. We sure will be coming again."Guest: isarkisov Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 5, 2014View listing
"My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary with a family trip to Puerto Rico. This lovely home was perfect for our family vacation. It was in the perfect location, very clean and provided with everything we needed for our large family of 14. We were 7 adults and 7 children (ages 5 to 72 ) It's location on a beautiful Beach very close to town but far enough away that you get that sense of being away from it all. The beach is something off a postcard - palm trees, sunsets, etc.... and you usually have it all to yourself! We spent part of each day swimming, body surfing and snorkeling. The house is bigger than we expected. Each bedroom is a decent size as are both bathrooms, but it is the yard and patio areas that provided more than enough seating for all. We cooked or BBQed every day and all you will need is right there for you. The fenced in yard is perfect for small children and you could walk out of the yard and onto the beach. There is and outside bathroom and shower perfect for cleaning up after a swim. We loved the house! The owner Nanda is friendly and helpful, and she made the rental process convenient and efficient. Her repersentative Yevette in Aguada was available at any time to answer questions and welcome us. The resident cat, Nickolai is no trouble and he watches over the property and you are his welcome guests. You are in luck if stay in this appealing and restful home"Guest: Powell family Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 10, 2014View listing

"This was our second stay at R House and it was even better than the first time! We've rented other homes in Rincón, but this home has the absolute BEST location with the most beautiful beach and the most awesome hosts you could ever imagine, by far! They are super awesome people! The locals we met always made a point to say how nice they both are when we’d mention where we were staying. Snickers is a huge plus too! Especially since we can't bring our dog. She's a sweetie :) The house is perfect! It’s light and airy, clean, tastefully decorated and surrounded by windows. A beautiful view no matter what room you’re in. No need for ac as there are ceiling fans and floor fans that compliment the trade winds. The sheer white curtains in the bedrooms are a special touch too. They blow with the breeze and really pull that whole tropical feel together. It's amazingly relaxing as well as romantic! Just imagine the sound of waves crashing all night long along with coqui frogs singing to you while you sleep in a super comfy bed or hammock and feel the ocean breeze! Everything you need at home you will find here. Comfy couch, TV, wifi, fully stocked kitchen with seasonings, paper towels, soap, aluminum foil... The bathroom has soap, shampoo, towels, tooth paste, a hairdryer... All linens are provided and are comfy too. There’s also a closet in the hallway with band aids, sunscreen, aloe, candles, asprin, a cooler… all kinds of stuff. You’re covered! But, if you need something that’s not there, the Econo Grocery store is only about 7 minutes away. No biggie! The town is small, but there are plenty of places to eat and drink. There’s a guide book provided with more than enough options and recommendations. You will find that everywhere you go people are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Just be friendly yourself. It’s a safe place and perfect for those who hate tourist traps. You won’t find huge casinos or touristy type stuff here, just a slow, sleepy surfing town. Tres Palmas Marine Reserve and Steps Beach are the best part of all! Especially the tidal pools that form right in front of the house - WOW!!! I could just lie there all day! There’s always tons of unique shells, glass and sea life. Every single day is a new adventure. I could go on, but I'm out of characters. You can’t go wrong here. Ali and Leon have gone above and beyond to make their home a place of complete relaxation for the appreciative vacationer. You'll love it! Book it ;)"Guest: Laurie & Aaron Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 28, 2014View listing

There are also Puerto Rico resorts with Caguas locations that offer villas and cottages for rent.
Town and Country
In addition to enjoying all of the amenities in the Caguas vacation rentals, those who choose to spend their vacation lodging in them can also enjoy all that the town has to offer. The Hacienda Catalina Ruins, Caguas Historical Museum, Tobacco Museum, and Botanic and Cultural Gardens are all points of interest for people visiting Caguas. Caguas travel plans can include a good mix of recreation and relaxation.
After a day of sight seeing, you can return to your Caguas vacation rental and relax as though you were at home. Although cooking and cleaning may not seem like a luxury while on vacation, having a kitchen and laundry room can be great benefits. Toss a load of laundry in the machine after a day of exploring. Not only will this save you from having to pack extra clothes, but it will also allow you to take home a suitcase full of freshly washed laundry without paying the dizzying prices that hotels charge for such services.
Indulge Your Culinary Fantasies
Enjoying a home-cooked meal in a Caguas vacation rental can be a lovely experience. Without the pressure of day-to-day schedules, making an elaborate brunch or dinner can be a joy. Also, cooking vastly cuts down on the cost of food. A steak dinner, enjoyed in one of the beautiful Caguas vacation rentals, can be both prepared exactly to your liking and a fraction of the price of what you would pay in a restaurant.
