"My family enjoyed our stay at the Palmas Del Mar resort. The condo was great! The view of the courtyard & pool area was great from the balcony. The condo was more spacious than the pictures eluded to. Honestly, I don't think the pictures do the place justice. The only trouble we had was with the wifi the first night. I emailed the owner & he was very prompt & helpful in getting it resolved. We ate at a restaurant in the resort the first night, which had very good food & service. We spent the majority of our time in Fajardo, which is only about a 35 minute drive from the resort. There is lots to do there. We also took a water taxi to Palomino Island & Icacos Island. Simply beautiful!! Just be prepared if you go to Icacos Island, to take plenty of water & food. There is nothing on the island...it's just an island. We would definitely come back to stay!"

AWESOME AND SPECTACULAR..........YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE......
"MY GUESTS ALL HAD THEIR OWN ROOMS AND PRIVACY. THE KIDS LOVED THE POOL AND THE ADULTS LOWED THE UPPER PENTHOUSE LEVEL PATIO OVER LOOKING RINCON. THAT KITCHEN WAS AWESOME. THE LIVING ROOM WAS SET JUST RIGHT FOR A LARGE FAMILY. THE NEIGHBORS WERE MORE THAN FRIENDS. THE HOUSE MANAGER WAS ON HAND FOR ANY ISSUES QUICKLY AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. WE LOOK FORWARD TO BOOK AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
FINDING THE HOUSE CAN BE A LITTLE DIFFICULT. IF YOU COME UP RT 115 TAKE THE FIRST LEFT AFTER YOU GO UNDER THE WELCOME TO RINCON SIGN. QUARTER MILE UP THE HOUSE IS ON THE LEFT. TWO HUGH RUSTIC METAL DOORS AT THE ENTRANCE. BE CAREFUL LEAVING THE HOUSE AND GOING LEFT UP THE HILL THEN INTO TOWN. THESE HILL ARE STEEP THE STREETS ARE NARROW AND YOU LITERALLY GRAZE PASSING CARS. ECONO GROCERY STORE WAS AWESOME. IVAN IN THE BAKERY SPEAKS PERFECT ENGLISH SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING SPECIAL ASK FOR HIM. THE VEGETABLE MARKETS ALONG HWY 115 WERE CHEAPER THAN THE GROCERY STORE. WHEN YOU USE THE ELEVATOR REMEMBER TO CLOSE BOTH DOOR SECURELY OR IT WILL SHUT DOWN LIKE THE SIGN SAYS. THE PARKING LOT NEXT TO HOUSE IS FOR YOUR PARKING. THE CHURCH NEXT DOOR HAS SERVICE EVERYDAY 3-5PM DON'T SUNBATH. THEY CAN SEE RIGHT INTO THE HOUSE INCLUDING THE PASTOR. THE OCCASIONAL CAT MIGHT POP UP. LIGHT THE GAS GRILL FROM THE SIDE WITH THE FIREPLACE LIGHTER. BRING YOUR OWN WASH CLOTHS AND DRYING CLOTHS. THERE WAS SOME BUT NOT ENOUGH FOR A GROUP OF 10. IT HAS AN AWESOME WASHER AND DRYER. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY CHEF EQUIPPED. TRY THE ENGLISH ROSE ON THE MOUNTAIN FOR BREAKFAST. HARBOR RESTAURANT FOR DINNER. LOCAL CAFES FOR COFFEE AND PASTRIES. MAYA MALL IS 45 MIN AWAY OFF RT 2. AND SUPER WALMART WHICH IS OPEN 24HRS. THE ART FESTIVAL IS THURSDAY NIGHT AND EARLY SUN MORNINGS. ONE OF THE SHOWERS DIDN'T WORK BUT WE WERE FINE. A/C WENT OUT ONCE BUT THE HOUSE MANAGER RESET EVERYTHING WITHIN HOURS. ENJOY YOU WILL LOVE IT."

"What started as a hiccup in the beginning upon our arrival at condo was happily resolved. We had issues with the bed pillows and Mohamad, the owner, was easily accessible via cell text and he had his housekeeper take care of the problem in a timely manner.
My family of 6 felt safe at property which has security 24/7. My kids enjoyed the infinity pool. Supermarkets, stores, restaurants, excursion companies were an easy drive away with the help of GPS. You will need a car to get around as we didn't take notice of public transportation nearby.
If I may recommend 2 things-- a ceiling fan would be nice in the breakfast nook area adjacent to the kitchen as it got stuffy humid in that area even with the living room ceiling fans on. Also, the non stick frying pans should be replaced as it seem to be worned out to use.
Overall, I would recommend this condo to my friends and families."

"Six of us were invited to visit the homeland of one of our friends to celebrate our friendship in the fitness world. We stayed for seven days in our condo and got a chance to see most of Puerto Rico. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the quietness of the location as we mostly had the area to ourselves, only saw three other condos being occupied during our stay. The grounds are well maintained, offers privacy, a gated area with security is very visible. It is an ideal place for a group, family or couple, large master bedroom with all facilities and four bunk beds in a smaller bedroom. If you wish, the family area had a pullout bed to use for your convenience. Loved having breakfast on the balcony to start our day. Lots of offerings such as beach chairs (4), cooler, umbrella, bags and other beach gear were available for use. There were other appliances such as a washing machine & dryer, t.v.'s, kitchen fully equipped, board games, and household equipment readily available for our comfort. Imagined having access to your own private beach a few steps away from our condo and accessibility to many attractions closeby. If you preferred, swimming pools (smaller one for children) and pool house with bathrooms/shower for your enjoyment were just below us. The owner of our condo was most accommodating in making our trip successful, she provided lots of help with emails, notes left in condo, a suggested list of sites to see during our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable time, a little bittersweet to leave but we all agreed that we would be returning soon to this beautiful area."
