  • The value is in the view!!!

"This location was ideal for us as we were vacationing with family members who were staying at the adjacent El Conquistador. We were able to enjoy the resort restaurants without spending a fortune on accommodations. The apartment and corridors show their age, but it's hard to notice when your eyes are drawn immediately to the view. We slept every night with the balcony doors open and rose every morning by watching the sunrise from bed. Our kids loved the Coqui Waterpark in the marina. David was the most responsive and polite VRBO property owner we've ever dealt with."

  • Perfect retreat to enjoy the beach, rainforest and everything in between!

"My husband and I honeymooned for six nights in the Fajardo region, exploring the local culture, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque and nearby Culebra Island (via boat tour). We were appreciative of the breathtaking views from the rental as well as the care taken to furnish and decorate the interior with bright colors and appealing artwork. The kitchen was adequately stocked with appliances/cookware needed to prepare several meals during our stay. We also really enjoyed the natural sea breeze that flowed throughout the rental, keeping it cool enough during the day time so as not to miss the lack of air conditioning (the window unit in the bedroom kept the bedroom plenty cool). We had a rental car, and everything was conveniently located close by. Ralph's supermarket and other stores (for clothes, shoes, etc.) were about a 10-15 minute drive. Overall, we were very pleased with our rental. The only issue we had was the elevator. It was slow to arrive at the 23rd floor and we waited a bit on the ground level for the elevator to take us up. So just plan to wait a good few minutes for it before heading out, or when getting back from your day of adventure! Thank you Zoveida for a lovely stay!"

  • I already miss this place!

"My wife, two daughters (age 3 and 1), grandmother and great-aunt and I stayed here from the 9-13th of APR 2014. We really enjoyed it! The pictures on the website, in my opinion, do not do justice to the home. IT is beautiful with beautiful views, in a safe and secure community, with awesome amenities. I consider myself a very cautious shopper-- we looked at about 15 different homes before deciding on this one. I'm SO glad we picked this one, too. Luis was a great person to deal with. He was available, via text of phone calls, for quick questions during the duration of our stay. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend this unit for families, I full expect to stay here on our next trip to PR! A+++++++ Payten & Alaina"

  • British Columbia, Canada

"Enjoyed the unit and available facilities. Unit is very well stocked and it seemed that nothing was missing. The breeze that blows through keeps it cool enough that you don't even need to use air conditioning. Reading the last review, the mold in the washer is because of others not wiping the door seal after using which is necessary with a front load washer. The beds are comfortable but squeak a lot which was the only downfall but usually tired enough at night from sightseeing that wasn't a huge issue. While staying in this area we did the Bio Bay tour, visited El Yunque Rainforest, took ferry to Culebra, went to Luquillo kiosks, travelled into Old San Juan. Complex is very secure and the security always waved as we came in. We had to wait a few minutes one night for them to return as well but that is because they are doing checks around the complex. Xiaoming and Xiaobei were excellent to deal with and quick with communication."
