  • Life is beautiful!!!

"Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful condo for the week. This is the first time we rent a private vacation home, the experience with renting from Kevin is fantastic. I had a big group (Grandparents, kids and mid-aged), everyone loved this unit. It is so spacious, very tastefully decorated, the terrace is amazing, the beautiful view, the breeze from the ocean, the sound of bird... we spent hours up there relaxing after each day trip. Kevin is so wonderful, he wrote a very detailed email about where to shop, where to go and where to dine weeks before our scheduled vacation, so, we studied it like a 'bible' and had very well planned excursions once we arrived, hidden beach, touring Old San Juan, hiking and Zip lining in El Yunque, Kayaking at moonless night at Lagoon Grande, snorkeling in Palomino island... The highlight of vacation is visiting Palomino island. Kevin arranged a day pass ($150+Tax/group of 6) for us to take ferry from El Conquistador resort. We get there in early morning so we are able to secure several beach chairs under the shades. My two kids went to snorkeling all the way to that little islands of last scene of 'Pirates of Caribbean' taken, played chess like 1st episode of 'Harry Potter' and did Ping-Pong and mini golfing. The boy is disappointed that he is not old enough to drive jet ski alone and he said it is embarrassment that he has to ride with his mom and let me drive the jet ski. My daughter mostly hang out with her big brother and put a big hermit crab back into ocean, wow, saving life... Best of all, grand parents have a great day relaxing and enjoying the stunning view of ocean...The food from cafe is great and reasonably priced, the portion is really big. While we are enjoying the meal, my son is under ‘attack’ by a hungry aggressive rooster and almost lost his gigantic burger to the papa attacker as a meal for his spouse, the mama chick and her two baby chicks :-) :-)... Well, the day is end with paradise! We had a wonderful time in your villa and hope to come back sometime in the future!"

  • Beautiful View!

"We just got back from staying at Pena Mar. The condo is super nice, and the view is absolutely beautiful.. The only thing I can say about August, it is very hot. We didn't really use the rooftop terrace because there was no air conditioning. But the bedrooms were always cold with the units on. The condo is very centrally located to all the excursions we did, and the restaurants are all close by. My GPS on my galaxy worked perfect with directions everywhere . The condo has everything you need to cook, although we didn't use anything but the toaster. :) And the beach chairs and cooler were a Plus!!! Make sure you get trash bags, as there was only 1 in the condo. We would stay here again because of security and convenience to everything. The security people were very nice, and we never had a problem getting in and out. The pool is right next door to the condo and was great for an evening swim after a day running around.. We ate at the Blue Iguana in the Fajardo Inn the first night and it was great.. The staff and the food were awesome. We also ate at El Estacion , my son tried the skirt steak Mofongo and loved it.. The Kiosks at Luqillo beach are a must. And I totally recommend East Island Excursions for a Snorkel trip, and Yunke Ziplining they were both awesome.."

  • Amazing view

"The property had an amazing view. Morning cup of coffee in the balcony was heavenly. It was contemporary and the ampliances were modern. The property has three pools and all were at easy access. It is a gated community with security around the clock. Only suggestion is if you have any questions or are planning any excursions, reach out to Hansel for guidance. My rating is 4 as I wished it was closer to the beach. Other than that it was home away from home."

  • Great place for families or groups!

"Loved our vacation & stay at this Palma Vista condo. Overall, we were very happy. The condo is very spacious & is just as shown in the photos. The number of towels and bedding provided were perfect for our group of 4 adults & 3 kids. The kids swam in the private pool every day & we enjoyed drinks on the patio, staring at the moon and dipping our feet in the pool after the kids had gone to bed. The gated condo community itself is very nice. The community pool is perfect for relaxing & letting the kids jump and splash and swim. We also took advantage of the playground & the kids loved it. The location of the condo is just across from Seven Seas beach and another small beach right behind the Cabezas of San Juan Nature Reserve. Do take advantage of the night tour at the reserve if you can! It's fantastic & a great opportunity to see the light house, bio bay, & dry forest. Both beaches are pretty rocky where you enter, so you have to walk down a few hundred yards to get to the point where you can swim. That said, the water is gorgeous and clear. We saw crabs, and egrets, and pelicans, which the kids loved. One drawback: there is quite a bit of trash/glass on the beach, which was depressing given how beautiful the beaches are. Careful where you step! Just up the road about 10-15 minutes away is a shopping center with Walmart, Walgreens, & an Econo grocery store. There are few other stores, as well, but I didn't visit them. There are definitely some great little places to eat within walking distance & we also found some delicious restaurants just a few minutes up the road in either direction. We HIGHLY recommend Taska Olelelolai ( in Fajardo for dinner. Best meal of the week! Check out trip advisor for reviews of other restaurants nearby; they're pretty much dead on to what we experienced. Tere, the property manager, was fantastic & very responsive. She checked in on us when we landed & was very respectful our time & needs when scheduling a repair to the washing machine. The only criticism I have is the lack of items like toilet paper, paper towels, & garbage bags. Only one roll of TP in each bathroom, half a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, & a single garbage bag. With 7 people in our group, it was just not enough. We'd recommend each bathroom have at least 2 spare rolls of TP, the kitchen 1 extra roll of paper towels, & at least 4 extra garbage bags. That said, we would definitely stay here again!"
