  • Perfect Vacation

"Thanks Bob for a perfet vacation and sharing your home with my family. Everthing was just as described in the advertisment. We enjoyed a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony each evening. Your recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were spot on. Just a note: Novacente Restaurant in Aguadilla is now Frangelica same owner different menu. We highly recommend it and if you can make happy hour the prices are so reaonable with $5.00 small plates. We are working on scheduling our next visit! Can't wait to return and this time fly into Aguadilla. The trip from San Juan was a beautiful drive but when you are anxious to start relaxing the BQN airport is so convenient. Thanks agin for sharing your condo!"

  • Amazing View of Ocean and Mountains too!

"We stayed in the top floor unit at R Beach House. It was very clean and well-maintained. The views off of the back porch were beautiful. The rooftop terrace had views of both the ocean and the mountains as well. We had six people in the unit and were all very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even down to the "all-clad" cookware that I dream of, but can't afford in my own kitchen! Allison was great to deal with, even as we rented the unit somewhat at last minute and they were on vacation, she was still available. I would definitely recommend this property to others. One thing to note is that there no air conditioning, except in one bedroom. Don't let that stop you though, because the back side of the house is mainly large sliding glass doors w/screens, which we had open the whole time during our stay, and between the ceiling fans and the heavenly ocean breeze we were always fine. As far as restaurants, we didn't do so well with our choices - first night at Shipwreck, which was totally overpriced and not great at all. Our favorite meal was at a "taco truck" called Kabana's. Wonderful, fresh mahi-mahi tacos!"

  • Wonderful Casa Grande Villa

"My family had a fantastic 1 week stay (not long enough unfortunately)! We loved the location, close to the beaches, restaurants, bars, and night life. Our 2 children, 21 and 23 especially liked the weekend evening festivities at Tamboo. The perfect morning was walking the beach, combing for sea glass. We never came back empty handed. The villa was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool, especially in the morning for a session of water aerobics! There was always a nice breeze at night. We will definitely be returning!"

  • Trully a hidden paradise

"Monica, I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful mountain retreat. It was better than advertised. We loved everything from the view to the cats. The location was perfect. Close enough to the beach, rainforest, marina, and food as to be readily accessed, yet far enough away to be quiet and restful. Watching the sun rise over the ocean in the morning and falling to sleep to the coqui at night, Excellent. We were able to visit San Juan, El Yunque, and Seven Seas Beach and easily be back to the house. The access to Puerto Del Rey marina (just at the bottom of the "hill") for sailing and snorkeling was wonderful. I hope that we will be able to visit again sometime, and I am sharing all of my photos with friends and co-workers and encouraging them to visit your wonderful house. Again, thank you so much for allowing us to make your home ours, if only for a week. We will remember it fondly for the rest of our lives!!"
