  • GREAT LOCATION AND AMENITIES

"RECENTLY STAYED FOR A WEEK WITH CLOSE FRIENDS AND ADULT CHILDREN. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A BETTER LOCATION. YOU CAN EASILY WALK TO 3 GREAT RESTAURANTS AND DOWN HILL TO BEACH. SO IF A CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE, OTHERS HAD OPTIONS. OF COURSE WHO NEEDS TO LEAVE SUCH A GREAT LOCATION. HOME IS BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED AND WELL THOUGHT OUT. LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!"

  • Top Notch Accommodations!

"This condo exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean, well-appointed and picturesque which made for a wonderful vacation. For our family of three it was more than enough space for everyone. As the other reviewers have stated, the condo is stocked with everything you need. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning with my coffee to view and listen to the teal waters. The beach is secluded, serene and well maintained as I saw the groundskeeper rake the sand every morning. We rented a car and got to see more of the "authentic" Puerto Rico. We did an Old San Juan Bay boat tour, Horseback riding on the beach at Rancho Bueno Vista located at the Palmas del Mar Resort in Humacao and visited the La Coca Falls waterfall at the El Yunque National Forest. We had dinner at Don Pepe's located in Rio Grande and it was delightful. We also had dinner TWICE at La Parrilla located at Luquillo Beach Kiosk 2 because the grilled langosta lobster was just that good! We had breakfast at the Coco Sweet Bakery and Lluvia Deli Bar & Artefacto both located in Rio Grande and both were excellent. One tip --GPS is not always spot on in Puerto Rico. It will get you in the general vicinity so keep a look out as you approach your destination. Overall we loved our time in Puerto Rico. Edgardo the condo owner was responsive, accommodating and always available to us which made for a worry free relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay at his condo again and again and again without hesitation."

  • Happy Holidays in Cabo Rojo.

"WOW!!! What a view! This home is incredible and much larger in person. We were fortunate enough to spend the holidays in Puerto Rico this year; visiting family and enjoying all the yummy food that is around during this time of year. First, the house; the home is really beautiful, unlike a lot of the homes I have rented in the past, this one really felt like I was staying with family. It had a warm lived in feeling and was perfect. The home is clean, the bedrooms perfect and the kitchen great to cook in due to its size. The deck is enormous and great from star gazing at night and watching the sun come up at dawn. We really had a treat to go during the holidays because we had firework shows almost every night. The neighbors up and down the hill are really nice. It was a real treat to see all of the wildlife in the area; believe me, the view allows for it. The property manager and her husband were so attentive to our needs and were just a phone call away. They took care of any questions or concerns promptly; like I said, it felt like being with family. A truly fantastic and memorable stay."

  • La Isla de Mi Corazon!!!!

"My son and I (age 25) have been wanting to go back to the land of both of our Fathers for years. I saved and saved and finally the time had come. Prior to booking at the ESJ Towers I had booked another place that somehow never received my deposit. Yay for Me!!!! Isla Verde is the place to be for a visit to PR. Positive: *Centrally located *Great food within a short distance from location *Amazing beaches *Great price *Clean, secure, and for the most part quiet *Having a kitchen allowed for reheating of food *The resort next door has great live music, gambling & sports bar Negatives: *I DIDNT WANT TO GO HOME (I literally cried when I left)...... Recommendations: *Food - sooooo many places to choose from BUT the one place that we went to ALL the time was Mi Casita (it is located in the little strip mall next to the 24/7 store/Burger King (?). Our favorite meals were El Navidad (Christmas) favorites of pernil (pork), pasteles, arroz con gandules - reminded me of my childhood. The Paella was pretty good and the mofongo was awesome!!!! *Go to 24/7 store for goodies (we bought a case of water, rum, coke, juice, and snacks) - they also have a really good restaurant there and wine on tap *If you are going to rent a car go less than a block away (to your left of the towers) to Quality - see Jose. They had a special for $19.99 per day unlimited for a nice Toyota. *BEFORE you go to the beach, stop by the gym and make arrangements for a beach chair rental. I believe they are $2 per use versus $4 on the beach. *If you have a collapsable thermos (or buy a styrofoam one at the store) bring it. It makes it easier to bring stuff to drink while on the beach. There is only one vendor that sells coconut water, soda and bottled water with some light food. No alcohol sold on the beach unless you walk further down to the bar and I think for a mixed fufu drink my son paid $9 per drink - Ouch! *Take the bus (and bring some patience). The bus is .75 BUT it is on caribbean time - suppose to be every 35 minutes but not a set schedule so you could be waiting for an hour. - And bring change - bus drivers won't make it for you. *Be adventurous. If you get a chance for some beach fried good PR food - go to Pinones. I was craving bacalaitos (sp???) and all the locals said go there. *If you are going next door to dance, bring something to wear. *And, finally when in Old San Juan, across from El Convento try El Batey - dive bar."
