"This is an extremely well appointed and well maintained high end property. The condo is absolutely top notch, the facilities are outstanding, and Rosanna who manages the property locally is excellent. Everything about this beautiful locale is high end, the owners have clearly invested significantly in this property. It is comfortable and welcoming, if you are able to rent this property do so without hesitation."

"My family enjoyed our stay at the Palmas Del Mar resort. The condo was great! The view of the courtyard & pool area was great from the balcony. The condo was more spacious than the pictures eluded to. Honestly, I don't think the pictures do the place justice. The only trouble we had was with the wifi the first night. I emailed the owner & he was very prompt & helpful in getting it resolved. We ate at a restaurant in the resort the first night, which had very good food & service. We spent the majority of our time in Fajardo, which is only about a 35 minute drive from the resort. There is lots to do there. We also took a water taxi to Palomino Island & Icacos Island. Simply beautiful!! Just be prepared if you go to Icacos Island, to take plenty of water & food. There is nothing on the island...it's just an island. We would definitely come back to stay!"

"We stayed at this villa for 14 days (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and have to admit that this is a great place to relax and to start your everyday excursion across PR. Back in the evenings we enjoyed the fully equipped villa. Either we had a barbecue and enjoyed our homemade Margaritas or we just went to the nearby restaurants at Palmanova Plaza or within the resort.
The spacious place (3 floors) had enough room so everybody could choose his favorite place. In the evenings the kids went upstairs to watch TV and we enjoyed the evening breeze at the balcony or upper terrace and listened to the funny sound of the Coquillo (PR’s famous little frogs which sounds more like a bird than a frog).
Everything what you need is available and the air conditioner did a good job during some hot days. It is indeed a quiet location even we came during the summer holidays of the Puerto Ricans. On the weekends it was more life and action that remembered us on summer holidays in Spain or Italy (nothing to complain) and during the week only a few stayed at the compound. We also rented a golf cart during our stay, which we highly recommend because you get access to parts of the resort that you can’t have with your car. Especially the sundowners at the beach bar are a must (bar will close at 6:30pm). We also went two times to the beach club (Joaquin the house manager will assist you to apply for the temporary access). The club is a bit costly but has a nice pool area and a great beach view.
For groceries and other things there is either a small grocery store at the resort at Plamanova Plaza or you just drive 20 minutes to Humacao’s Plaza Real (junction 53/3).
The resort is very safe as well as PR. We drove a lot up and down in PR and never felt unsafe even not in the evenings. We also visited some of the „famous“ beaches like Lunquillo, Seven Seas and others and can recommend them all. The rainforest, San Juan and one of the islands should be on your sight seeing list.
We will not repeat what the other guest already stated in their resume but we can fully confirm their statements and reviews.
Many thanks to Joaquin the property manager who was very helpful and also many thanks to Matt who is a straightforward person and made the rental very simple to us.
To our fellow countrymen from Europe and especially Germany: Come to Puerto Rico it is a great place to spent your holidays in the Caribbean."
