  • great vacation!

"We loved the place! The Villa is super comfy. The lake view is wonderful. We enjoyed walking on the beach, playing golf, the marina amenities and restaurants. A great place to go relax with everything you need close by. Short drives to rainforest trails and other towns were also very much fun."

  • Wonderful Vacation for 9 People!!

"My family and I just returned from an awesome vacation at this condo in Palmas Del Mar, Humacao, Puerto Rico. Everything was terrific, just like it was advertised. Our group of 9 people fit comfortably in the 4 bedrooms (with 3 bathrooms). We loved the 2 terraces with their beautiful views. The condo has everything!! It's completely furnished with sheets, towels, pillows, and a fully equipped kitchen. The air conditioning and all the many appliances including washer and dryer (which are SO important for a tropical vacation) worked perfectly. The place was spotless when we arrived. Palmas Del Mar is a unique vacation spot because it offers everything--great restaurants, beaches, pool, boating for snorkeling or scuba, tennis, golf and even a botanical forest with a boardwalk --all in a safe, secure environment. We will return!!!!"

  • Beautiful views, great price

"This space has an amazing view. It was clean. It is old and a little rough around the edges but for the space and price it is worth it. It is tucked away in the beautiful mountains so plan on driving about an hour everywhere. We felt safe and the guards at the entrance were friendly. We walked to the nearby beach although it is not for swimming it still is beautiful. Due to the fact that it is tucked into the mountains do expect to hear many nature sounds. Air is only circulated by open windows which at night gets a little loud. The air conditioner in the master bedroom works great but is loud. If you are looking for a true Puerto Rico experience this offers it. You aren't city living at this place, which we loved. Bring extra bedding. Not a lot of kitchen appliances so don't plan on making big meals. Stock up on toilet paper and paper towels. Make sure and bring your own beach towels. Hot water works great for shower time. Truly, for the views and price you can't find anything better. Wifi works good. Cable TV is nice. We stayed for 8 nights. We are a family of 6. One room had 3 twin beds. One room had futon and full bed. Master had queen bed, light bedding on all beds so bring some extra. 2 bathrooms. 2 balconies. Main balcony is off of family room and is good size."

  • Nice Stay

"Rented this property for a week very convenient for exploring the east side of Puerto Rico. Close to the Rainforest, Fajardo and the ferry to Culebra or Vieques, as well as several small towns with beaches. The house itself was nicely furnished. Great swimming pool and back yard. No views, and no A/C on those warm afternoons but the fans kept the air moving. Mosquitos after dark--came home with a few bites! Only complaint, and why I didn't give a five star rating, is that the wifi/internet never worked. I notified the owner, who was on the island, and he said he would come look at it. Never heard from him again during our week's stay, and never had internet. Frustrating when, in our electronic world, you can't MapQuest out the next day's journey or check email, etc..."
