Relax and unwind
"Not knowing exactly what to expect of Palmas Del Mar and the southeastern coast, this was the perfect place for our first trip to Puerto Rico--but definitely not our last! The evening kayaking in the Bioluminescent Bay was about 20 minutes away and we found a fishing/snorkeling charter captain down at the docks who was wonderful. When we weren't exploring, we could come back and really relax at the beautiful condo. The grounds are absolutely lovely and there were plenty of eateries right inside the community. Everyone spoke English, but we are going to start Spanish classes so we can practice on our next trip!"

"Our stay there was great. We had everything we needed. The hone is beautiful & clean. The owner was so helpful & the service was quick. We had a small chair problem & when I let the owner know, we had someone over the next morning. I would recomendable this to anyone. Thank you for your service & hospitality. Weer know where we are staying next time we are in Humacao."

"Our family of four includes two teens, and all of us enjoyed this condo, community, and region. The condo is directly on a beautiful ocean view with two pools and a large hot tub just steps away. The beach in this region is not wide, but the view is awesome. Having two bedrooms and three bathrooms with a full kitchen makes for a comfy home and the projector TV is a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again and I believe Marbella is the nicest subdivision in Palmas if you like peace and tranquility during your stay. It is removed from the busier areas yet close enough to go when you want.
The most surprising thing to me about Puerto Rico during our first visit was how good the infrastructure worked. We had no issues with electricity, fast high speed internet, lots of cable TV channels, and all the stores we could need, including a huge Walmart 10mins away. It is very very convenient and a beautiful place to live."

Nice house in beautifull community, could use some repairs
"We stayed for 9 days in this house within Palmas del Mar. A lovely community with beautifull houses and landscaping.
The house is very spacious and the kids room (den) is an absolute hit with the kids. The kitchen is a bit dated and the cabinets dont close good. The right side sink has some leakage, which we addressed with the manager, but was not solved during our stay. There are 3 sitting areas in the main living room and they are very comfortable especially because of the large ac unit. The tv system didnt work upon arrival but was fixed after 2 days by the manager. There is only one active remote for both tv's. If you have a smartphone you can set up your phone to access the cable box. The pool and garden are also very spacious, unfortunately we had a lot rain during our stay so we could not enjoy it to the fullest. With the huge amounts of rain we encountered we also experienced leakage from the toilets and the skylights.
The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable but the ac unit in the master bedroom needs some cleaning. Mold is present. The ac unit in one of the smaller bedrooms, at the end of the hall left wasnt working properly.
Furthermore it is a large accommodation which will fit many people. Very suitable for large families and groups. For exploring the island it will take about an hour to get to San Juan in PR traffic."
