"Raul and Graciela,
I don't know where to begin - we absolutely loved staying at your wonderful home and next time we'll be there for much more than just a few days. When you read the reviews on this site you'd think these must be family members - there's no way that this place can be this good! Believe the reviews - this place was awesome! This was the first time we used VRBO for our vacation and the last time we will ever visit a hotel. The resort is perfectly located between the mountains of El Yunque and the gorgeous sand and sun of Fortuna beach. When we walked into your unit our breath was taken away. The first thing we noticed were the beautiful windows and the cross breezes. In Puerto Rico you would think constant air conditioning would be a necessity, it wasn't. In fact we only turned on the AC at night because the coquis were a little too loud. The rooms were spacious and beds were amazing. Graciela you have impeccable taste, the decor was elegantly simple and fit the gorgeous beauty of the surroundings. We were also impressed with your hospitality and your helpful suggestions. Thank you for making this trip such a memorable experience for our family. (For those reading the reviews here are your can't miss experiences: Seeing the sunrise on the beach, Racing around in Raul's golf cart, Visiting the Luquillo Kiosks for dinner, Ziplining right across from the resort, El Yunque (no need to walk; drive up to see Coca Falls and the Yokahu Tower), Lounging by the pool with a tropical drink, Sliding down the pool slide after you've had a few too many tropical drinks, and finally taking the bio-bay tour in pitch black darkness. There are so many can't miss experiences that we hope to be back soon. Thank you Raul and Graciela."

"My fiancé, my sister and myself rented this apartment for a short stay - 3 nights, and I have to say that the experience was fantastic. Although it was an emergency visit to Puerto Rico due to a death in my family, the stay at Villa Caribe made the circumstances much easier. It's a beautiful home, clean, quiet area, so comfortable, plus Allyn, Ivette and Carlos were great. Really kind souls and very easy. I highly recommend this rental!"

Perfect, quiet location within easy travel to EVERYTHING!
"We are just back from a fantastic week in Rincon, PR. Me, my husband and our 18-year old daughter had a great stay in this beautiful condo. I spent many a moon-lit evening enjoying the hammock on the terrace and we spent much of our time out there enjoying the gorgeous view. Debi and Lou were fantastic hosts, incredibly attentive and easy to work with. It was great to be within easy driving distance to Rincon but not right in the center of town. Plus the calmer ocean on this side was great for swimming and there is plenty of beach to walk just steps from the condo. We did most of our sightseeing South of Rincon. Route 2 in that direction is a lot less annoying. Cabo Rojo is gorgeous as are the beaches near the Dry Forest. If you are adventurous, driving in the interior of the island, up into the mountains, is an absolutely amazing experience. However, you may want a good map as the roads are well labelled with route numbers but not necessarily with the direction they're heading. Restaurants we enjoyed and would recommend in Rincon are La Cambija and Francisco's at the Lazy Parrot. My daughter also had an amazing experience with Rincon Surf School and we loved Batey Zip Lining if you are in for that. If you are headed to PR, I am incredibly jealous. We loved it and I hope you do, too!"

"Rating as 4.8 only because the AC in the living room area was down and not repaired while we were there. However, maintaining the bedroom doors opened during the day with the AC running sufficed. Otherwise, we highly recommend this beautiful home. The house is well maintained and on beautiful grounds. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking particularly the back "parcela" with the avocado, mango and banana trees. We had guacamole hour daily, and as such named it "guactail hour" because the Medalla could not be excluded. The pool and whirlpool was a welcome for it was so hot each day. The daily rooster visits (all 20 of them) was a special treat as the "juey" that somehow came up to the back entrance level steps. Luis was available every time we called and took care of our needs immediately. Definitely would return! Gracias for contributing to our great vacation!"
