"My husband and I just returned Luquillo, and stayed here for the week. We found the condo welcoming, and perfectly located. It was very clean when we arrived and all potential needs were accounted for. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

"I'll start this review with what one of my family members said who stayed with me at the house "I would move to Puerto Rico if I could stay in a place like this." We traveled with 10 people including 3 children, on arriving the place looked even better than the pictures showed. We enjoyed the. Home very much, well done Richard. To be completely transparent, there were a few minor house "maintenance" issues while we were there but Richard was as responsive as you can get when something came up. He immediately arranged for these things to be handled and they didn't prevent us from enjoying ourselves. The owner Richard was truly intent on having us worry about nothing when we got there and that's exactly what happened. If I were to make one suggestion for the property or would be to install AC in the front part of the house (there were a few nights where it was sweltering), but it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. The pool is maintain with resort like quality and is one of the best I've been in, consequently we spent hours in it. The views from the backyard are incredible and is built for relaxing. My grandmother who came with us had a walker and she had no trouble navigating around the property and even getting into the pool 4X for our stay. I highly recommend this property for families with children due to it being in a safe area, convenient to local attractions and sturdy to handle lots of traffic. Bottom line: you won't be disappointed to book a stay here, I asked all of my family members if they would come back and stay at this property and my "survey" had a 100% "yes" rating."

"Carmen was very helpful and easy to work with prior to our arrival. She sent helpful info on the area. Despite our flights delay causing some chaos her friend Jay got the keys to us upon our arrival following easy directions.Studio is nice and clean with everything you need including a snorkel, cooler, beach chairs, lots of towels and linens. Very well decorated. The breeze from the balcony was wonderful and needed from the heat. Bar at the top of the street got loud with music on weekend nights but, great if you like the music or turn the air conditioner on low and the noise is gone. Air conditioner worked wonderful. During our stay Jay, who is in the building and very friendly, checked to see if we needed anything and gave good recommendations for food and snorkeling around the reefs up the street. We were very convenient to rainforest, biobay (which wasn't glowing because of too much seaweed pollution) and ferry. My husband and I agreed we would definitely go back! Thank you so much for a wonderful time we hope to come back again!"

"We loved staying at this condo right on the beach in Luquillo, Puerto Rico! The view was fantastic! My family (husband, two kids ages 4 and 7, my mom, and myself) had plenty of room and were very comfortable there. It was very clean and well-stocked with towels and dishes and cookware. Wi-Fi worked well and the kids enjoyed the TV during some afternoon rain. The bathrooms looked quite new too. It is right on Playa Azul, a quiet, clean, and beautiful beach. The waves were a bit big for the little ones right outside but just a 2 minute walk to the east or west was fine. The best water for them was on Luquillo Beach. We all walked from the condo to Luquillo beach - about a 20 minute walk with the kids by calm, clear water and soft sand and only met a couple of people walking their dog or enjoying the scenery. The kids loved finding shells and crabs on the way. The next time we went we drove to maximize play time on the beach and parked for $4 for the day. There is a grocery store about a mile away from the condo and the kioskos just further down on Luquillo Beach (the kioskos we tried were Restaurant Congas, La Parilla, and #60 closest to the east side and had wonderful food). The kioskos range from fried fast food to quite nice sit-down restaurants. It was a really short drive to El Yunque, and we made a day trip to Old San Juan to see the forts. We stayed over a long weekend in mid/late October and it seemed rather deserted everywhere. About half the condos were occupied and there was no wait at the restaurants (try Pasta Y Pueblo and get their fresh seafood - the service was great, too), but we did see some rain. We had the pool to ourselves! It would be great if the place had central air conditioning, but it doesn't seem like that is common in Puerto Rico. The bedrooms had air conditioning so we slept well. Arturo was very quick to respond to any question and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!"
