"My husband and I just returned Luquillo, and stayed here for the week. We found the condo welcoming, and perfectly located. It was very clean when we arrived and all potential needs were accounted for. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

"We stayed three nights in this property and wish we could have stayed for more! Alana was extremely helpful in the lead up to our arrival, offering information on activities and answering all of the questions we had for our first trip to Puerto Rico. The location, just a block up from the beach, is just what we were looking for - with lots of food and beverage options within walking distance. The condo itself is very spacious - there were 2 of us but it could easily have fit 4 (with 2 sleeping on the futon). The big balcony and doors that open to let the fresh air in was amazing. The furnishings are nothing fancy but they are functional and provide a good home base for a relaxing trip to Puerto Rico. There were beach towels, sunscreen, beach chairs and more available which was a welcome surprise."

Excellent place & host, spot on as described in ad
"The condo and view are exactly as pictured / described. Luquillo's kiosk restaurant strip is pretty awesome - endless options and it's near a really nice beach (Playa Luquillo). The beach that is walkable from the condo is also really nice and convenient. You can rent kayaks, boogey boards, or snorkel gear nearby, and there's a couple good walkable restaurants. Other than that however Luquillo isn't the best place to be walking everywhere - no major safety concerns observed just far from what one may think of as a place to vacation.
Brandi is really a pro with this whole private rental thing - she went over and above what most hosts do compared to other VRBO's and AirBNB's I've stayed at. Brandi has tons of tourist information and recommendations she has prepared and organized into books on the coffee table - if you prefer the old school method of vaca planning you'll be very impressed. She also has tons of beach gear, sporting equipment, extra bedding, baby stuff, coolers, etc. available for her tenants to use. She was in touch via text whenever needed and offered to send a repair company for some minor things that we brought to her attention (we did not take her up on that it was no big deal). Thanks so much Brandi!"

"The accomodations were excellent with the exception of the living room furniture that was somewhat uncomfortable. The balcony had an amazing view with comfortable furniture for lounging and dining. The beach and pool facilities were superb. A second set of keys would have been helpful. A car is necessary for the full Puerto Rico experience."
