"From my first contact with Doc, he was helpful about directions, local attractions, food, beaches, yoga and day trips. He is a great guy and knows alot about Rincon. We loved his home - the beds were comfy, the view is awesome, the jacuzzi refreshing, kitchen well stocked and its a great location off the main road. We explored the beaches, restaraunts, farmers market, art walk, and had a great time snorkeling, hanging out at the beaches and watching the sunsets. The property owner, Cheo, welcomed us when we arrived and was available if we had any questions. There is a great yoga spot down the road and we also had a chance to hear some local music while we were there. It was a special treat to meet Doc and Sara on our last day there. They are such kind and generous people. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful home. It was our first time in Rincon and we definitely want to come back as soon as we can."

"We stayed in one of their 1 bedroom apartments. Clean, close to the beach (5 mn walk) and main shopping streets (restaurants). The apartment was good considering the very decent rate but what makes the "real" difference is the 5 Star service from the wners. Helpful and friendly. Service from and to the airport was the cherry on the Sundae. Highly recommend the place for those interested in being with the locals but at the same time close to the trendy Ashford street."

"Went to Puerto Rico for my birthday party with a couple of friends. We staying in this condo that is located at ESJ Towers. The property is beach front and has a large pool with lots of chairs. At night ESJ has live music in the lobby and a bar so you don't have to go to far to have a good time. Next door is the El San Juan & Casino which is a 5 minute walk away and they also have great nightlife and restaurants."

"I am a local from Puerto Rico and stayed during the July 4th weekend. The main reason why I chose this condo is because it was pet friendly and I was able to bring my little dog. To my surprise he went wild when I took him for his walks because it seems he loved the spectacular ocean breeze. As for me, I absolutely loved the place. The view is breathtaking and the breeze just numbs you. At times we were so relaxed we didn't even want to leave the apt. It's a great place to stay if you want to relax and get away!! You breathe peace and tranquility, just awesome. We were lucky because we had front row seats to the fireworks from the Conquistador hotel o on the 4th. The beach, snorkeling, and alot of other great things to do nearby. We went to this restaurant in the Croabas called "El Pescador" excellent place to eat! The chef fishes his own sea food, fish, etc., so you eat the catch of the day, always fresh, if he doesn't fish, he doesn't open. On our last day I was finally able to see 3 manatees. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Miguel was very helpful, thanks!!"
