  • Casa Esmeralda

"We loved this property!!!!!! We rented another property in Arroyo that did not work out it was such a horrible experience. We called the owner of this property and told him our dilemma he was so accommodating. Not only did he rent the property The views are amazing and this house has everything you will need. Bring your own beach towels and make sure you use water shoes for the beach. The house was spotless and well stocked. There are two showers/bathrooms which is great when you have two teenagers. There is a fresh fruit vendor right next door. Try eating at Kevins or Musafas for some delicious PR food. This is a very safe and nice neighborhood. Thank you so much we will be visiting here again soon!"

  • Beach Front Paradise!

"I just returned from the most fabulous trip to Casa Caribe Del Coco! This house is excellent & exactly as pictured. We most enjoyed the taking walks on the beach collecting washed up coral and snorkeling right out of our backyard The outdoor shower to rinse off in is great & great outdoor furniture for lounging. We enjoyed many of the local restaurants - Irene was most helpful! Couldn't have asked for more - we will definitely return!"

  • Needs TLC

"We are a group of 21 and rented 3 houses. Frankie was great giving us instructions on how to get there and receiving us. We live here in the Island, and being unable to swim at the beach was a downside. Thank God we had a house with a pool, otherwise, it would have not been fun at all specially for the kids. The house was clean and very cute and cozy. The air conditioning unit was not working properly so I couldn't sleep. The rooms have glass windows with no shades, so all the light from outside came through and it was driving me nuts since I need to sleep in the dark. The bed at the master bedroom is way to small, it's more a full size bed than a queen, and hard as concrete so my husband and I were banging each other and I had to go to another bed room which had a foam kind of mattress so I don't know what was worse. My body is still in pain. The fridge was not working properly and our food had to be taken to one of the other houses and have only fruits and water in that fridge. The verandah couldn't be used at all because it had an awful smell. Cats from all around come and urinate the cushions, so the smell was unbearable. This was very disgusting for me since I am very allergic and sensitive to yucky smells. The house has breathtaking views, is very comfortable and good for relaxing. Don't get me wrong, I will rent it again, only if both houses are available, and if the house has all the downsides fixed, otherwise, never again."

  • Perfect most relaxing stay!

"My husband and I travel to Puerto Rico twice a year. We have stayed at many places all over the island including Patillas, which is now our favorite area. We decided to book this house because of the beach front location and the pool. We have read many reviews on this property and decided this home fit our needs perfectly. The house was very clean and comfortable and we are outdoor people and spent every moment we could outside enjoying the beautiful, resort-like yard and pool, the sound of the coqui, and the beautiful Caribbean sea. We only left the property a couple of times to eat dinner and once on Sunday to venture to the pork highway via the mountain road. I think we were the only non-Spanish speaking people there but had no problems ordering food and drink and enjoying the party atmosphere. That was quite an adventure but we loved every minute! Sherry, Irene, and Frankie will do anything to make your vacation at this property their top priority. The house has all the comforts of home...we stopped on the way in for groceries and were set for the week. In fact, we saved so much money by stopping at Costco for food and alcohol vs what you would pay staying at a hotel and eating at restaurants, it almost pays for itself. The house, yard and pool were spotless and did I say private? We had the pool day and night all to ourselves! Vacationing here is like going back to original island travel that still holds the charm and rustic feel of a warm and friendly fishing village-all with the backdrop of beautiful mountains on one side and the crystal waters and soothing ocean waves on the other. If you are looking for a week of total relaxation....this is about as close to perfection as it comes. This house is equipped with cable tv and high speed internet and we didn't even use it as we were mesmerized by the sounds of the ocean and the incredible night sky constellations overhead. If you need some adventure....it's centrally-located and a short drive away to the El Yunque rain forest, diving/snorkeling day trips from Fajardo, or the great dining and night life of old San Juan. Sherry, thanks to you and your staff. We can't wait to return. Btw...we got to see many turtle nests on the beach. Our neighbors witnessed a turtle venture in their yard looking for a place to nest one early morning. They showed us pictures the next day. What a beautiful sight!! One more thing...large party? Next door house can be rented together with this house!"
