"Everything you need is there. Kept clean and well equipped. Right in the vicinity where everything happens in La Parguera. Safe parking. Plan to return next year if available. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great weekend."

"The house was simply amazing! My group and I were very satisfied with the house. Beautiful home, lots of space, big rooms, enough restrooms, great backyard, cool pool, it had it all. Couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in while my vacation in Puerto Rico. Great owners as well, friendly and understanding. Thank you for your help! I definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting San Juan :)"

Nice house in beautifull community, could use some repairs
"We stayed for 9 days in this house within Palmas del Mar. A lovely community with beautifull houses and landscaping.
The house is very spacious and the kids room (den) is an absolute hit with the kids. The kitchen is a bit dated and the cabinets dont close good. The right side sink has some leakage, which we addressed with the manager, but was not solved during our stay. There are 3 sitting areas in the main living room and they are very comfortable especially because of the large ac unit. The tv system didnt work upon arrival but was fixed after 2 days by the manager. There is only one active remote for both tv's. If you have a smartphone you can set up your phone to access the cable box. The pool and garden are also very spacious, unfortunately we had a lot rain during our stay so we could not enjoy it to the fullest. With the huge amounts of rain we encountered we also experienced leakage from the toilets and the skylights.
The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable but the ac unit in the master bedroom needs some cleaning. Mold is present. The ac unit in one of the smaller bedrooms, at the end of the hall left wasnt working properly.
Furthermore it is a large accommodation which will fit many people. Very suitable for large families and groups. For exploring the island it will take about an hour to get to San Juan in PR traffic."

"Raul and Graciela,
I don't know where to begin - we absolutely loved staying at your wonderful home and next time we'll be there for much more than just a few days. When you read the reviews on this site you'd think these must be family members - there's no way that this place can be this good! Believe the reviews - this place was awesome! This was the first time we used VRBO for our vacation and the last time we will ever visit a hotel. The resort is perfectly located between the mountains of El Yunque and the gorgeous sand and sun of Fortuna beach. When we walked into your unit our breath was taken away. The first thing we noticed were the beautiful windows and the cross breezes. In Puerto Rico you would think constant air conditioning would be a necessity, it wasn't. In fact we only turned on the AC at night because the coquis were a little too loud. The rooms were spacious and beds were amazing. Graciela you have impeccable taste, the decor was elegantly simple and fit the gorgeous beauty of the surroundings. We were also impressed with your hospitality and your helpful suggestions. Thank you for making this trip such a memorable experience for our family. (For those reading the reviews here are your can't miss experiences: Seeing the sunrise on the beach, Racing around in Raul's golf cart, Visiting the Luquillo Kiosks for dinner, Ziplining right across from the resort, El Yunque (no need to walk; drive up to see Coca Falls and the Yokahu Tower), Lounging by the pool with a tropical drink, Sliding down the pool slide after you've had a few too many tropical drinks, and finally taking the bio-bay tour in pitch black darkness. There are so many can't miss experiences that we hope to be back soon. Thank you Raul and Graciela."
