"We stayed four nights, and wished it could have been longer! Jacqueline was most helpful with any questions via email and responded quickly. The apartment was easy to find with a GPS & seeing pictures of the complex before we left helped. Parking was easy and safe with a gated entry which you use a garage clicker to open. The apartment is cute, clean and comfortable with great views down the street of the beach and the mountains. We didn't really need to use the AC as the refreshing wind blows through and the ceiling fan in the bedroom kept us cool enough. There is sometimes street noise in the evening, but we travel with a white noise app on our phone so it didn't bother us. The bathroom is nicely done. We also were grateful to be able to use her beach chairs and just walk to the beach at the end of the street. What an incredible view! We also walked from this beach down and around to the paid Luquillo Beach; this too has some beautiful spots and a gorgeous lagoon just before Luquillo Beach. Jacqueline has provided everything needed for a fun, relaxing get-a-way and is an incredible host! I highly recommend staying here. We only had time to meet just before we left, which was a shame because Jacqueline was so nice & thoughtful, I could have spent a while visiting with her. THANK YOU, Jacqueline for sharing your darling home-we hope to be back someday!"Guest: Sheila K. Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: February 6, 2014View listing
"Truly paradise! We loved this little spot of heaven in the tropics. First of all we were perched on the top floor with views of the ocean & beach you can't believe until you see it. We had all the comforts of home with a comfy, large living area, big dining table and well equipped kitchen. Loved hanging out on the beach and bobbing in the waves. A couple of days we snorkeled over at Steps beach and it was thriving with fish. Got some great underwater pictures. We took a day trip over to the waterfall in Sebastian and that was beautiful mixed with some adventure. " Paradise on Sandy Beach" is a very convenient location. You can walk to some great bars and restaurants and they rent boards in the parking lot next door. Also the people were very friendly. Overall, one of the best spots I've found to relax and have some fun."Guest: Skana Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 25, 2014View listing
"Condo was very nice and had plenty of space. It was located within easy walking distance to Palmanova Village, tennis courts, and the playground. Robert was very helpful and the golf cart he provided was excellent. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes but it was more convenient to take the golf cart. We love Palmas for our family vacation. It is centrally located to many exciting things to do in PR."Guest: MM Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: April 8, 2014View listing
"We stayed in this condo for a few weeks over the summer and will be back again at Christmas. It was very spacious and provided everything we needed. There was plenty of room for my 3 sons to spread out. Close enough to walk to Sandy Beach, Pools, Parking Lots, Antonio's. We walked to several restaurants including Kabanas (awesome fish tacos), Tamboo, Pool Bar and Kahuna Burger. Far enough away from Tamboo that we didn't hear all of the partying on the weekend. There were a few issues with the gate opener but were quickly resolved. Josue (property manager) was kind enough to send an email about what to do when a hurricane was heading directly our way (luckily it wasn't more than a heavy rain for a day!!). We saw a few bugs (typical in tropical places) and called Josue--he had an exterminator over within a few hours. No more bugs!! All of my emails have been answered in a very timely manner by Randy (owner) or Josue. We can't wait to return again!!!"Guest: Shelly S.
