"We spent a most enjoyable month of March at this condo with sister and brother-in-law. It suited us to a tee, as we prepared most of our meals there. It is well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed a lot of time (early mornings and later afternoons and evenings) on the roomy balcony with its excellent view and breeze. Xiaoming was very pleasant and extremely good at responding to our questions and any needs we had. We pointed out several things that needed attention and they were dealt with promptly. As you see in a previous response he is totally committed to ensuring this is a first-class rental opportunity. We highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great place in Fajardo. We enjoyed its proximity to many attractions such as Seven Seas and Luquillo Beaches, the Nature Reserve, El Yunque, Old San Juan, Catamaran Tours, as well as restaurants and grocery shopping at Econo and Ralphs. There also is a great fish market just up the road where we bought fresh grouper, snapper and lobster.
Thanks Xiaoming for having us at your great vacation condo and for everything you did to make our stay there so enjoyable."

"My family and I just returned home from a memorable vacation to Rincon! We took a chance on VRBO and were incredibly pleased with Casa Playa! We arrived at night in the rain only to be greeted by very hospitable downstair's neighbors and Sabrina, our property manager. They were enjoying the rain and some beverages on the porch while waiting on our arrival. Sabrina provided us with local information (restaurants, grocery stores, fishing and snorkeling information). What a way to begin a vacation with great neighbors and an invitation to share beverages with them! It really set the tone for a wonderful stay. From the beautiful sunsets to the snorkeling in front of the house, we could not have been more pleased. Am already planning for future vacations here. We took advantage of the local fruit stands (incredible avocados!), Steps Beach, the Lighthouse, local bars, and just relaxing at the house. We highly recommend Casa Playa and Rincon! Thanks to our neighbors for a wonderful greeting and a great night of cards/beverages, and thanks to Sabrina for an easy transition to Rincon."

"A group of friends and I traveled to Arecibo for the skydiving festival and this house was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. The home is very secure with locked gates and 24/7 security cameras, so you never have to worry about safety. There's plenty of space to hangout in the communal areas or take some time for yourself in the bedrooms. The rooftop terrace was lovely -- they even cleaned the BBQ for us so we could enjoy rooftop food! Everything was very clean, very modern, and very beachy. Christina & William were wonderful hosts .. they even brought us a new batch of clean towels mid week so we didn't have to worry about washing them! They were on time for checkin & checkout, and made themselves available anytime we called. The driveway has room for about 5 or 6 cars comfortably which was perfect for our group. I'd highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Arecibo, PR."

"My wife and I stayed here (upstairs) for 9 nights and we loved it. You definitely want to rent a car to enjoy exploring the west coast of PR from this prime location. Rent a small one as parking by the villa is tight but manageable. Teresa’s detailed directions will get you there perfectly. The drive took 2.5 hours from the San Juan airport. Check in was easy. Florimar is right on the water in a beautiful coastal area just minutes from downtown Rincon. You can sit on the balcony or deck and listen to the waves or walk right down the steps to a private beach entrance. Although the water often was just up to the wall right at Florimar, there were miles of beautiful, sandy, virtually uninhabited beaches after just a few minutes walking along the water. Pelicans would dive for fish and a variety of crabs would scurry as we walked. It’s also just minutes by car to other great beaches like Steps, Pools, Spanish Wall, and Crashboat (the best). The upstairs unit is nicely renovated, with a great kitchen, living room (nice flat screen TV and ceiling fan), 2 bathrooms (nice tile shower), and two air conditioned bedrooms. French glass doors lead to the balcony with its panoramic view of the western Caribbean ocean. We had amazing views of both sunrise and sunset! On New Year’s Eve, we sat outside watching and listening to fireworks set off across the island. The downstairs patio/deck was large and the grill worked well. We cooked dinner and ate outside every night at Florimar. The amount of outdoor space was really amazing! We could read and relax in so many different nice spaces! It’s an easy drive into town for groceries (Michael’s is great and try Lucky 13 for breakfast). Very nice guests arrived in the downstairs unit, the day after we got there. Separate entrances and outdoor areas keep things semi-private. There were a few minor negatives, but nothing that would keep us from coming back. I do wish the bed in the master was a little bigger. Also the outdoor lighting for the lower unit shines directly onto the upstairs balcony and into the bedrooms. The coffee maker and outdoor furniture and cushions were pretty worn out, but adequate. Finally, the neighboring guest house has some quirky owners that are pretty picky about parking. Regardless of these modest issues, we highly recommend Florimar if you want to be self sufficient, do our own thing on your own time, and enjoy many private romantic moments in a truly beautiful setting. We definitely hope to go back!"
