Awesome, Adventurous, and Relaxing!
"We had such a fantastic experience at Surf View Villa. The owner and property manager were a delight to deal with. The home was very clean, well stocked, and relaxing - especially the hammocks!! My fiancé and I spent about 8 days there. We had the most fun because there were so many options for activities as well as having the choice to stay in and chill. Some of the activities we did were: chartered deep sea fishing, surfing lessons (so much fun we went twice - never been a shark attack in PR AND we saw sea turtles!!), scuba diving, zip lining, rappelling, and kayaking in the jungle! There is beach, shopping, and restaurants walking distance. The food was amazing and also the grocery store is very close and easy to find. Really the options are limitless. It was probably one of the best trips we've taken in a long time and we travel quite a bit! It's a must go!!"

Perfect, quiet location within easy travel to EVERYTHING!
"We are just back from a fantastic week in Rincon, PR. Me, my husband and our 18-year old daughter had a great stay in this beautiful condo. I spent many a moon-lit evening enjoying the hammock on the terrace and we spent much of our time out there enjoying the gorgeous view. Debi and Lou were fantastic hosts, incredibly attentive and easy to work with. It was great to be within easy driving distance to Rincon but not right in the center of town. Plus the calmer ocean on this side was great for swimming and there is plenty of beach to walk just steps from the condo. We did most of our sightseeing South of Rincon. Route 2 in that direction is a lot less annoying. Cabo Rojo is gorgeous as are the beaches near the Dry Forest. If you are adventurous, driving in the interior of the island, up into the mountains, is an absolutely amazing experience. However, you may want a good map as the roads are well labelled with route numbers but not necessarily with the direction they're heading. Restaurants we enjoyed and would recommend in Rincon are La Cambija and Francisco's at the Lazy Parrot. My daughter also had an amazing experience with Rincon Surf School and we loved Batey Zip Lining if you are in for that. If you are headed to PR, I am incredibly jealous. We loved it and I hope you do, too!"

"absolutely beautiful, the pictures, which are magnificent, do not do this property justice! we had lots of mamas and babies with us and we had plenty of room with lovely family spaces for playing and dining. the property manager was more than helpful, knowledgeable and available. plus we were lucky enough to have a chef (allison west) recommended to us, who fed us well with local foods. the town itself is low key and has amazing beaches that are close by or walkable."

"My family and I had a great experience in Casa Bonita. We could not believe how close we were to the beach. We met many of the locals whom were quick to point out that Ricon was PR best kept secret. The house was big and comfy... all bedrooms had AC and we had plenty of hot water at shower time. We had some very minor comments for the owner that were met with gratitude. We really couldn't had a better time than we did... everyone was happy with the house and nearby, steps, amenities such as a pool, jetski, parasailing, bars, restaurants, snorkeling, and more if you took the time to read the nicely laid out booklet in the living room... right next to the table hosting the best wifi service I seen in a rental. I do think that using Walgreens as a landmark is a little tricky since there are so many of them in the area but from there the rest is spot on."
