Rincon Beach House
"We came to Rincon for a short stay hoping explore what we heard was the best area on the west side of Puerto Rico. It did not disappoint! This villa is directly on the beach with beautiful beach views. The unit is very well maintained, up to date, and has a great location. The kitchen has everything you will need, there is a flat screen with satelite TV, and the deck space is amazing. I will definitely stay again."

"My husband and I made a very last minute reservation to celebrate our 10th anniversary and had an amazing time in Rincon and staying in the Honeymoon Suite Studio. The photographs do not do justice to how beautiful this property is and how amazing the views are. We visited Rincon in the off season, so no waves, but we enjoyed the calm waters, paddle boarding, and sailing. And because it was the off season we had the entire property to ourselves. It is perfectly situated, in walking distance restaurants, a beach bar, and Sandy beach. We rented a car and it was a quick drive into downtown Rincon and we spent one day at the waterfalls in San Sebastian. With three kids at home this was just what we needed to relax and unwind. We miss the coqui and the sound of the waterfall outside our room at night, sigh…maybe next time we'll come back during the season and learn to surf!"

"This place is a perfect base for a vacation in Rincon, particularly if you are in any way interested in surfing. To start, the hosts (Bobby and Raquel) are very familiar with all that Rincon and the area have to offer and are quick to offer assistance if you need some help. We ended up getting a flat tire and Bobby was able to make arrangements for the repair at a very reasonable price (allowing me to go off and enjoy an already scheduled surf lesson, which he also organized for me).
The place is very, very, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to prepare light meals, snacks, coffee and tea. There is a BBQ area where you could prepare more substantial meals, but we never used it as there are a lot of very nice restaurants/bars in Rincon that we wanted to enjoy. It is very nice to sit on the veranda with a coffee in the morning or at night before bed. It is not located on a Beach, however, it is central to many of the key beaches. As Rincon has many beaches and attractions around it that you will likely want to visit, there is a significant benefit to renting a vehicle for the duration of your stay regardless of where you stay.
As Bobby and Raquel also run the Mar Azul Surf Shop they are able to help with the needs of any surfer and they offer great discounts on board rentals to guests. They also provided free snorkeling gear (we found Steps Beach to be a very nice place to snorkel – we saw a good variety of fish and coral and we were very entertained by a young sea turtle)."

"We had such a fantastic experience at Surf View Villa. The owner and property manager were a delight to deal with. The home was very clean, well stocked, and relaxing - especially the hammocks!! My fiancé and I spent about 8 days there. We had the most fun because there were so many options for activities as well as having the choice to stay in and chill. Some of the activities we did were: chartered deep sea fishing, surfing lessons (so much fun we went twice - never been a shark attack in PR AND we saw sea turtles!!), scuba diving, zip lining, rappelling, and kayaking in the jungle! There is beach, shopping, and restaurants walking distance. The food was amazing and also the grocery store is very close and easy to find. Really the options are limitless. It was probably one of the best trips we've taken in a long time and we travel quite a bit! It's a must go!!"
