  • Really enjoyed this condo

"Had my coffee every morning on the balcony over looking the ocean. My kids swam in the pool while i practiced yoga then we would head to the beach. The condo had a kayak and a blow up inner tube along with beach chairs and extra towels. We really enjoyed the neighborhood feel but with the luxury of being on the ocean."

  • Perfect home for family gathering

"We thought 16 of us under one roof would be slightly uncomfortable. Ha, it was a wonderful space to bond, create memories, party, and have private time. Coffee on the terrace was peaceful and meditative. Hammocks on each level allowed everyone enough chilling time. The family room, kitchen, island was the perfect hangout. The men grilled some steaks and we enjoyed a fun dinner on balcony listening to the beautiful songs of the coqui. The location of the bathrooms was the only thing that I wish would have been different. You had to walk through bedrooms to gain access, which might be uncomfortable for non-family members. We had ample parking for a car, van, and SUV on the property. The pool was the perfect place to start the morning, end the afternoon, or dip into on a hot summer night. The outdoor shower was very useful when returning from the beach as well as an extra bathing area to speed up the process for 16 getting ready. This home was easy to reserve, Gina answered all my crazy questions and Joe was there to greet us and send us off. The house and property was immaculate. I have not stopped talking about this home since I returned from vacation. The beach was a walking distance, short and enjoyable."

  • Beautiful place in a excellent location.

"This was my first experience in Rincon and the condo was perfect. It is cozy, well furnished and within a short walking distance from great bars, restaurants and most importantly...the beach! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. I highly recommend staying here with friends, family and children of any age. Thank you for your hospitality!!!"

  • Perfect property for our needs (2 toddlers, in-laws)

"This property was perfect for us. The owner has gone through every detail to make it feel like home. AC in all living areas, plenty of fans and windows to enjoy the naturally pleasant breezes, comfortable beds and furniture, brand name appliances, high quality cutlery, plenty of towels (bath and pool), plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, multiple coolers for the beach, top end grill for the roof, cable on a massive TV, WiFi, beautiful pool. I could go on and on. The master bedroom is roomy with 2 balconies and a HUGE shower. Other rooms are nice as well. Fit and finish is top notch. This isn't an old house that someone repainted and started renting out. It was rebuilt so it feels like a new home. The views are breathtaking. Located on the top of a hill, you can see amazing sunsets every night. I am telling you, we felt like this was OUR home. The owner was very responsive and helped us trouble shoot a few very minor issues (water heater breaker tripped). If you ask me, the location is ideal for Rincon. You are 5 minutes from "town" and beaches. There is also a playground down the street near Maria's beach. My wife and I are runners and were challenged by the hills and trails (to Domes beach), which is a good thing. The pool was private and relaxing with chase lounges and umbrellas. Things to note: the roads are very narrow around Rincon, so watch yourself. Jogging is a little risky, but we managed to stay visible and safe. Keep in mind that you are on an island paradise. It is easy to forget that you are a minority, in that you are human. Wildlife is all around you. You will be reminded at night when they wake up. Frogs, roosters, and the like will say good night and good morning, but honestly you get used to them. You will get the same experience regardless of where you stay, so this isn't a knock on this property at all. Lastly, the owner was more than accommodating to us and our requests. With 2 toddlers, it wasn't easy finding a place that met our needs. We needed high chairs, pack & plays, washing machines (we stayed for 2 weeks) etc. All was taken care of. When (not if) we come back to Rincon we will be staying here again, no question."
