  • Our stay in Rincon

"We very much enjoyed our stay in Rincon and the place we stayed was perfect for us. The location of the home was so close to Sandy Beach and places to eat. We could just walk if we didn't feel like driving. The accommodations were very clean and supplied all that we needed for our week stay and the pool was heaven after a day on the beaches surfing. The AC in one of the rooms went out the first night and it was replaced right away. Thank you to The Parsons and the property manager for a very enjoyable stay and we hope to be back next year."

  • Perfect, quiet location within easy travel to EVERYTHING!

"We are just back from a fantastic week in Rincon, PR. Me, my husband and our 18-year old daughter had a great stay in this beautiful condo. I spent many a moon-lit evening enjoying the hammock on the terrace and we spent much of our time out there enjoying the gorgeous view. Debi and Lou were fantastic hosts, incredibly attentive and easy to work with. It was great to be within easy driving distance to Rincon but not right in the center of town. Plus the calmer ocean on this side was great for swimming and there is plenty of beach to walk just steps from the condo. We did most of our sightseeing South of Rincon. Route 2 in that direction is a lot less annoying. Cabo Rojo is gorgeous as are the beaches near the Dry Forest. If you are adventurous, driving in the interior of the island, up into the mountains, is an absolutely amazing experience. However, you may want a good map as the roads are well labelled with route numbers but not necessarily with the direction they're heading. Restaurants we enjoyed and would recommend in Rincon are La Cambija and Francisco's at the Lazy Parrot. My daughter also had an amazing experience with Rincon Surf School and we loved Batey Zip Lining if you are in for that. If you are headed to PR, I am incredibly jealous. We loved it and I hope you do, too!"

  • Peter, Portland, ME

"A group of New Englanders (VT, ME, RI) needing a break from the winter of '15 found this place to be perfect. Surf beaches within easy walking distance, nearby snorkel spot (we followed a giant sea turtle for an hour!) cool cafe restaurants nearby, and picturesque vistas from the condo's sizable rooftop terrace. Funky bars with DJ's and live bands at night-- It was like July on the coast of Maine except for warm water (80 degree temps) and no bugs! Sunsets over the water with a Corona in hand-- A+. We will be trekking back here often for sure."

  • Casa Grande Villa - Surfers Paradise

"This was a beautiful, spacious and clean rental. The pool was magnificent, very clean. It is surrounded by tall tropical palm trees giving you enough sun and shade. We used the bbq's many times. This villa is within walking distance to great restaurants and Sandy beach is practically at your door. The Villa came with the use of chairs and beach towels. Check in and check out was a breeze thanks to Elier - who runs the property. He was very accommodating to our time schedule. We appreciated that! Would definitely recommend this property you wont be disappointed."
