  • Peaceful location & Great view!

"My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in August 2014. The view is spectacular! The bedroom is air conditioned and we slept very well in there. We enjoyed waking up every morning to enjoy some coffee on the balcony. Great location. El Yunque isn't far away either!"

  • Wonderful place, excellent location

"We stayed at this villa in November 2014 and couldn't have asked for more. Rafael was absolutely wonderful to work with from the time I was considering the villa throughout our stay. The villa is perfectly located within walking distance to two pools and the beach. The availability of the golf cart made it even better! The villa itself is equipped with all the amenities you could imagine including some extras like boogie boards, beach towels and a barbecue grill. Our family of 5 found it spacious, comfortable, super clean and very welcoming. The views from the windows and balconies were amazing. As a launching site for island activities, the villa's location made it easy to visit El Yunke (5 minutes), Fajardo for trips to Culebra or the bio illuminescent bay (20 -30 minutes), a day trip to San Juan (50 minutes) or bike riding in Pinones. (45 minutes) . I highly recommend this villa. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Rafael for your kindness and generosity."

  • Great stay

"We stayed in this one bedroom condo for the first week of March. It was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo is located right off the pool area for the Ocean Villas, and it's a very quick walk past the pools to the beautiful beach. The balconies overlooked both and we ate breakfast every morning watching the waves. The condo was not overly luxurious, but had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and there was extra space in the bedroom for our pack and play. The couches in the living room weren't terribly comfortable but fine. Kitchen was basic, but again, served us well. a few minor negatives: check in was a little confusing- the property manager was already there but I didn't realize this. If I had just emailed her directly ahead of time this would have been clarified. I thought I would get more check in info before we arrived, but again, could have emailed myself. And the condo was lacking some basic cleaning supplies, like extra paper towels and all purpose cleaner, and extra garbage bags. Not a big deal but would be nice. The location cannot be beat. It is right on the ocean and the pools for the ocean villas are great and were very quiet while we were there. The biggest pool has an accessible walk in entrance, perfect for toddlers! The hotel and its restaurants are a quick walk along the beach away. There are a few grocery stores within a 15-20 minute drive as well as more restaurants. I would recommend a rental car if you are staying more than a few days. Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again if we go to Puerto Rico again."

  • Nice

"My 13 year old daughter and I stayed 4 nights over Spring Break. I wish we could have stayed longer. Cuneen made the stay seemless. The unit has everything you could need (beach towels, sunscreen, kitchen supplies, etc.). My daughter loved the loft. It has a porch off the bedroom and another off the living room. It overlooks the cluster pool. Except for birds and frogs, the place is very quiet. Usually we were the only people in the pool. There is easy acess to the beach and beach pool and we often had those to ourselves also. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. This is a great base for activities. El Yunque entrance is just across the highway. The ferry terminal for Culebra is a short drive. The bio-bay kayak tours are close. The food koisks are just down the road. If you don't feel like going off the resort there are restaurants, ice cream, bars and a casino down the hill in the hotel. We only used the ac at night, the breeze kept it cool most of the time. The second bathroom, was out front and was very clean, but we didn't need it. The beach near the pool has chairs and a small bar (open on weekends), but feels very private. We are already making plans to return with my wife and other daughter."
