  • Studio is cute

"We recommend this place to any people looking for a place to stay near the beach and san juan. The place felt like any home we visited in pr. Very comfy, and simple. Everything was easy to find around the studio, grocery store super max, theres food places churches chicken, bk, tacobell, walgreens. Its gated in and out the house for safety. Sounds weird but this is normal in Puerto Rico. Otto has been available when ever I have texted him but we havent had the need to talk since everything is good. So far no complaints. Economical place, very lucky i found it."

  • Safe & Comfortable!

"If you visit San Juan and/or Old San Juan, you can't really appreciate Old San Juan unless you stay overnight IN Old San Juan. The property is extremely safe and secure and is located minutes away from the new CVS/Sheraton and Senor Frogs. Ms. Diaz is very trustworthy, accountable and accessible. The property is a legitimate one bedroom apartment (not a studio) and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The price is outstanding, as you can easily pay three-times as much for a hotel! The neighborhood is very safe and as other guests have stated, there are two gates before you enter the apartment (and another gate on the actual apartment door)."

  • Our New Home in Puetro Rico!

"We needed to get away with our two teenaged boys to have some family time during the busy holiday season and this did the trick! The picture of the view does not give it justice, it's truly something to experience. Yvonne is so helpful and caring. She gave us many ideas of how to celebrate Christmas (actually our son's birthday) in Puerto Rico and called be sure we had a good time. Francisco was helpful in making sure we could find everything we needed in the apartment and the area. He also checked in with us during our stay. The building is safe and walking is the best way to get around the area. This is ideal as I could get up early to enjoy a morning swim, run or stroll with my husband while the teens slept. Then we all had brunch in the apt and enjoyed the day on the beach. The restaurants downstairs are fine, we didn't need their bars as we had our own only three flights up! We rented a car for one day so we could hike EL Yunque and explore that area of the island. We left planning our next visit to what we hope to become a family tradition. Thank you for everything Yvonne and Francisco!"

  • Beautiful!

"The condo was exactly as advertised and pictured. We were there for a five night stay and spent a lot of our time just sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful view and people watching. Bring binoculars - we wished we had! The beach has a lot to offer - parasailing, jet ski rentals, beach bar/restaurants just a short walk away. Restaurants and a few gift shops are available on the street side as well. We took the bus, taxis, and tours when we wanted to explore other areas. Everyone we encountered in Puerto Rico was helpful, friendly, and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. Sonia was great - answered any questions we had before arriving and checked in to make sure that our check in and out went smoothly. Security deposit was returned before we even got all the way home. We did not cook at the condo - we did buy some bread for toast in the morning (no bagels at Walgreens) and would have liked a full-size coffee maker rather than the 4-cupper provided, but we managed fine anyway. There were some supplies/food left by previous tenants which was helpful when we ran out of coffee on the last day, but be sure to check expiration dates/quality first. We were hoping to use the pina colada mix left unopened in the refrigerator, but found it was too old and had separated beyond fixing. There is a pizza place across the street which we used one night that was really good and a couple of DVD's in the condo that we hadn't seen before which was nice after a tiring day touring. Although we probably won't be back - we have other places we want to explore, this condo experience will be the one we rate all others against!"
