  • Perfect Location and so close to the beach!

"We spent 8 amazing days at this Condo. We met with Tessi (the owners) sister who responded very quickly to any needs we had and our arrival. The location is within a two minute walk to the beach. The beach is local and not very crowded when we went which was during spring break. Condo was very clean and every day/night we sat in the living room area with the floor to ceiling windows open and enjoyed each others company and the beautiful sounds of the waves and frogs. Yes the frogs!! Will definitely return!!!"

  • Condado Beach rental

"Having visited San Juan many times, we found this rental to be the most perfect accommodation to date. The location provides a short walk to wonderful restaurants and/or anything else one would need. The condo was clean, very tastefully appointed, and the fourth floor view of the beautiful Condado beach was spectacular. Being a cook, I also loved that the kitchen was so well equipped. The owner was most gracious and very helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends."

  • Great condo - would rent again!

"We just wrapped up a visit to PR and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The balcony overlooking the beach is just stunning, the apartment/building is well maintained and well suited for those wanting a more residential experience. The pictures are absolutely true to form - we had no surprises when we arrived. The owner, Tomasina, was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the condo and location. We rented a car and having the parking space was a huge plus. We also took a couple tours (to rainforest, snorkeling) that picked us up from the El San Juan Hotel which is a very pleasant, easy, 10-minute walk from the condo building. The beach was just stunning - and very swimmable. No lifeguards on the beach but the waves/waters were calm. Lots of security into and out of building so we felt very safe. The beach crowd was a mix of condo users as well as the general public which we really enjoyed - not a sanitized, hotel/resort experience at all - we really felt like we were just part of the community. Renting beach umbrellas and lounge chairs on the beach was easy too, and the pool was a great alternative as well. We drove into Condado and Old San Juan very easily. Lots of great restaurants close by as well. Having the Walgreens across the street, Pueblo (supermarket) down the road and Charlie's (car rental) down the block was super convenient. It was also great to be so close to the airport. Airplane noise was minimal. If you are looking for a low-key, residential feel with stunning beach views in your backyard for your vacation, definitely consider this option!"

  • Perfet for Family- 4 days to escape the Jan freeze!

"We were thrilled with the accommodations- it was perfect for 2 kids (ages 5, 7) and our niece who was 18! We loved the condo- very clean, tastefully decorated and spacious! All towels were provided as well as soap, dish soap, laundry detergent & coffee filters and TP (however, if you use up what is provided & need more, plan to get a 4 pack at wal-mart. Many of the public restrooms near public beaches do not have TP.) Check-in was a breeze and Adrianna was very helpful! We appreciated the GPS with some of the hot spots and favorites saved! Made getting around easy for us! Loiza is a great little area and please do not fear the "barrio" feeling- it is authentic and the folks are very nice! We did a lot of exploring and walked to Parrilla's for dinner twice! It was nice to share new cultures with our children- and they made friends with some children from Loiza! I encourage you to visit the local haunts in this town and experience the African culture! The security of Aquatika is second to none! They are friendly, do a superior job and always have a presence. I do have to say, the Management of the grounds did a great job- except the upkeep of the hot tubs. It is sad to think that the owners undoubtedly pay a hefty annual fee and for high use (and high demand items such as hot tubs and the water cannons) do not function. The gentleman that roamed the pool areas to make sure everyone was "legit" offered nothing but excuses or behaved as though he had no idea the hot tubs did not function. I do not hold the owner accountable for this. What I would LOVE TO SEE is the owners putting more pressure on the folks that run Aquatika to fund monies toward repairs and preventative maintenance of high use items! All in all- we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Adrianna's rental and would be happy to rent again! It is a great place to be- away from the San Juan congestion, but close enough to make a day trip to do a walking tour of Old San Juan or a quick drive to the El Yunque Rain Forest!"
